I tried to visit this debris in February as I needed emergency work. No one responded to my inquiry.

I'm visiting from the States and my crown fell off due to some shoddy work by my dentist in the US…read more Fortunately, Kings Cross Dental saved the day. This was probably the best, most comfortable and professional dental experience of my life. The staff got me in right away (the next morning) and were so warm and lovely. Their offices were professional, really clean and quite state of the art. I saw a beautiful female dentist (not relevant, but she is!) who I *believe* is Dr. Danya Mougharbel, but am not positive and a really friendly female hygienist, both very professional and welcoming. The dentist discovered my gums around the crown were very inflamed and that I needed some gum surgery before the crown could be readhered, which was fine. I felt nothing -- seriously, whatever magic numbing juju they use is miraculous because I felt literally nothing and my face didn't feel like it was sliding off my head, either. Really localized anesthesia -- well done! She reseated the crown and it felt immediately 100% better. No discomfort, no pain, and my bite finally felt normal, which it never had since I'd had the crown initially applied. I was thrilled. I was a little nervous about the cost, but considering they saw me immediately, did surgery and used industrial super mega space shuttle adhesive to keep my crown on (okay, not space shuttle glue), I was pleasantly surprised by a roughly £200 bill. I wish I'd gotten my crown here to begin with! They were so helpful in sending the photos and my file to my US dentist so I could dispute their work. Really immediate customer service by the office management. Thank you, Kings Cross Dental Clinic! I want to come back for a cleaning before I go home!

These guys really saved me while I was in London & popped a crown. I wouldn't have been able to…read moreenjoy all the good pub food if it hadn't been for them! I bought some over the counter crown adhesive (they actually have tooth repair kits @ Boots here) but it was total rubbish. The crown didn't seat right, and the adhesive didn't hold, plus it caused the dentist to have to clean out the crown before doing a proper job of recementing it himself. Don't bother with those kits, see a dentist - see THIS dentist! Everyone at the practice was very nice & super helpful, they got me in and out in a reasonable time & did a fabulous job. They charge about ₤60 to ₤90 for fixing a crown if you still have the crown & it's intact, on top of an appointment fee of ₤35 - so my visit totaled ₤95 and they were happy to numb my tooth for no additional charge above their quoted prices. Most insurance will cover at least some portion of services like this that you incur while abroad, but either way it's well worth it to get sorted out and on your way! Highly recommended.

I called and made an appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and offered coffee. The office is decorated with art and vintage model airplanes. I got into the chair and was examined by a friendly dental assistant. The dentist then came in and we chatted a bit and he asked a few questions. Nitrous oxide was offered, along with Bose noise canceling headphones and my choice of tunes : ) I went for a live Fleetwood Mac album. During my cleaning it was discovered that I had a cavity. During the procedure, Dr. Druttman explained what he was doing before he did it which made me less anxious. Most importantly...the drilling and filling was nearly painless. I left the office feeling totally at ease. I would recommend CAP city to anyone needing an excellent dentist in London, and especially to anyone who's scared of the dentist.

I have never got why people get scared about going to the dentist…read more From the age of three I used to go to Kings College Dental Hospital. Initially, slightly shy about letting a stranger look into my mouth (I am told) my parents would bring me here while Dr Smith a very amiable and calm dentist would count my teeth, give me a sticker and off I went home. I doubt this is common practice but it worked for me and since I have never had a problem with going to the dentist. The hospital deals in paediatric, orthodontic and specialist dentistry. It is run by the NHS so advanced booking is necessary and the time in the waiting room is by no standards brief, but the dentists here were always fantastic throughout the many years I was a patient here for. Excellent with children, excellent in what they do and thankfully I have not had a single problem with my teeth since.

My letter was followed by an automated voice message to my phone a few days before - reminding me of my appointment and asking me to confirm that I would be there. On the day the waiting time was minimal, the staff friendly and really put me at ease. I had an Xray (you have to remove all jewellery around the area - earrings, necklace etc, however I have a lip ring that I have never removed and they just worked around it). They provided an easy to understand analysis of my wisdom tooth situation, and the procedure I would need to go through, and said I would probably need another, 3d, xray scan to know how the tooth sits, before the surgery. A few days later I received my letter asking me to book my 3d scan appointment, which I did, and I arrived on the day and went straight in for the scan. Again, I could not remove my lip ring, and neither could the scanning staff, so they worked around it and it was fine. I am currently waiting for my letter to book the surgery itself. My rating will perhaps change after that! Pros: Friendly, helpful staff, efficient appointments (minimal wait!) Cons: Having to wait for letters to be able to schedule appointments - it creates a delay and a phone or an online system would be much easier! Scanning staff not being able to help me remove my lip ring haha.
