This park is right on I-20 & the traffic noise was terrible 24-7! It also looks kinda trashy to me anyway because I am use to nice clean RV Parks. The worse part is we paid &550.00 for a month & stayed for one week due to my husbands job moving us again & they wouldn't prorate us at all so they keep our $550 without any refund at all! The lady told my husband when he ask her if she would prorate our rent that she would go to office & look things over & call him back to let him know & she never called him back!!! My husband is in the Oil Field so we have traveled a lot & stayed at a lot of RV Parks & this one is the worse!!!

We stayed in a covered site while visiting my brother for a few days, and it was perfect. All the lots are gravel but easy to level with blocks, and each space was wide enough to extend all five of our slides comfortably. The clubhouse was a great bonus--fully equipped gym, a pool, and two hot tubs made for an extra relaxing experience. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. Overall, a fantastic and stress-free stay. Highly recommend this spot!

The owner was out of town so the maintenance manager who lives on sight checked us in and was very friendly. My favorite thing about it was how helpful the gentleman was. This was out first time doing anything with such a big trailer and he helped us back in, get all hooked up, etc. We also bought a few things from the little store they have, it's great that they have that accessible so easily! Our neighbor in the park is a friendly man who lives there full time I believe and he helped us with our side patio. Overall great community of people, very spacious and in a cool little town and with reasonable rates and a good Sam discount. I would definitely stop by again!
