The owner was out of town so the maintenance manager who lives on sight checked us in and was very friendly. My favorite thing about it was how helpful the gentleman was. This was out first time doing anything with such a big trailer and he helped us back in, get all hooked up, etc. We also bought a few things from the little store they have, it's great that they have that accessible so easily! Our neighbor in the park is a friendly man who lives there full time I believe and he helped us with our side patio. Overall great community of people, very spacious and in a cool little town and with reasonable rates and a good Sam discount. I would definitely stop by again!

It was quiet, but the park looked like it had not been mowed all Spring. The grass and weeds were knee high, the perfect hiding place for snakes. There were many green mesquite trees, but there were many that were dead. The website said internet was accessible, but I couldn't access it even though I was willing to pay the $9.99 for 8 hours of service. Steve thought the storm the night before might be the reason. The park was not a hit with 2 teenagers without internet and nothing to do. Maybe interstate noise would have been a better choice.

They are a dog friendly park, so bring your fur babies, and they even have a laundry room on site. I work construction, so I move a lot, and never really know when or where, and the owner understood this, and worked with me on my departure time. This was extremely important to me, because most people try to cheat you out of your unused time that you've paid for already, but not these guys. All-in-all a very nice experience.

We stayed in a covered site while visiting my brother for a few days, and it was perfect. All the lots are gravel but easy to level with blocks, and each space was wide enough to extend all five of our slides comfortably. The clubhouse was a great bonus--fully equipped gym, a pool, and two hot tubs made for an extra relaxing experience. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. Overall, a fantastic and stress-free stay. Highly recommend this spot!

Which means if there's any moisture whatsoever including the drip from your air conditioner you're going to be walking through pervasive clay that is close to impossible to get out of your carpet and really hard to keep the inside of your RV clean. The WiFi is so slow!!! Good signal on the phones but slow also. If the site had gravel or rock to help level them and keep the clay out of the RV I would've rated the location higher.
