We had initiated implant care with another provider's office but elected to change provider office…read moremid-stream for two primary reasons: 1. Distance from home 2. Environment of care As a retired 40 year healthcare employee (clinical-administrative-consulting) the environment of care is critical to patient care and health outcomes. Living and executing on organizational values is an imperative. Practices and processes which place the patient at the center and focus on teamwork and accountability are paramount. What Dr. Eisin's office does best--is place the patient at the center of care, includes the patient and family in care planning and practices the values of a highly functioning team. Dr. Eisin and staff are an accountable health care team which engenders accountability in their patients and family. They embody the very best and most critical components of a "well oiled", sophisticated healthcare team. Their "secret sauce"? Marry high quality, clinical and technical skills, technology and patient centered care values to deliver optimal outcomes. This is what excellence in healthcare delivery should look like and feel like!

I left there wishing I could receive this kind of care from all medical professionals as it is unfortunate that not all medical professionals prioritize bedside manner, compassion and gentleness. Dr. Eisin explained everything throughout the process, made me feel very comfortable as I was nervous for my procedure and her hygienists exhibited the same kind of kindness and compassion! And the cozy blanket during the procedure helped a ton! Dental procedures can make you feel very vulnerable- Dr. Eisin and her team explains everything so thoroughly and make sure you are comfortable each step of the way- what more could you ask for!? Thanks Dr. Eisin!!!

I don't know where to begin, but know that this review will NEVER begin to cover how I feel about…read morethis office and specifically Dr. Tyler Guinn. I had an amazing initial experience with him to then be treated completely horribly and inhumanely by him in a number of ways. He left teeth 26 and 13 unfinished, causing me agony and suffering, and was completely negligent of my treatment as his patient. I am going to LOSE the teeth he started treating because he left them unfinished and no one would help me since they kept telling me to go back to him and he wouldn't help me even though it was HIS problem to treat. He treated me like I was the lowest human being on earth, and his justification? I was/am extremely depressed. So he gave up on me and treated me like I didn't exist and didn't deserve treatment. Because I was struggling. That was his justification. If you are ever struggling with these feelings, know that he feels you are beneath him. I hope one day he himself or one of his loved ones experiences that because he deserves to feel it first hand. I have been having extreme cold and hot sensitivity with 13 (which I should not be, indicating he likely left nerve tissue still in there or it's reinfected or cracked). I cannot eat and drink without suffering and he should be charged as far as I'm concerned. That is taking away basic human rights to physical nourishment, and he already knew I had an eating disorder, and I think he was intentionally doing that to starve me further and harm me intentionally. And he knew the physical agony I had been having with 26 and he left that unfinished to get re-infected as well. I am going to have to get a biopsy of it and get it extracted, and I very well could have osteomyelitis because of him leaving it open to infection. It was malicious intent. He knew EXACTLY what he was doing, putting me in harms way intentionally. He purposefully didn't finish these teeth so they could get reinfected and cause me harm. He not only didn't care if I had complications, he wanted me to have them. When I called to tell them that I was having problems with the treatment HE did, they told me they wouldn't see me. He never cared that I am suffering and struggling. Someone else tested 13 last week and told me it's still responding to cold and was basically a partially done root canal that is causing problems, and could be cracked at this point. I am taking this to LARA and I have already taken it to the MDA and I want to do more than that. I will take this as far as I can for the suffering he has caused me and the horrific feelings and thoughts running through my mind. He doesn't care about you. He's in this for the money and nothing else. I wish I could make it so he never touched another patient ever again. They ignored me when I called, refusing to call me back, and hanging up on me. One of the most unprofessional offices I have ever encountered and one of the cruelest doctors I have ever seen. Because I was struggling, that's how he chose to treat me. Like I wasn't worthy of care.
