In acknowledging my fall from God's grace & accepting the absolute low-point of my entire life, without the ability to earn $, with accruing compounded interest on debt accumulating, I began to work the AA Program with an AA Sponsor, who has now become a very good friend. Little did I know when I entered those AA doors, would God save my Life from myself. I was very much a broken man with the weight of the world on my shoulders. I now have tools to cope, friends & immense remorse for the decisions made in my previous life. After approximately 85 days in AA, actively working to change my Life, Chris & I devised a plan going forward. Either go to Trial with under a 50% chance of winning & let this drag out for another 18 months costing time/money/uncertainty/stress/anxiety or accept a plea deal & plead guilty to a DWI 1st, get 1 year of Probation, Community Service Hours, Drug/Alcohol Class, Defensive All-Day Driving Class, Pay more exorbitant fines/fees costs trying to work around a job with little to no care/concern from the Probationary System as I have learned from the past. However, there was 1 other long shot option, the "Hail Mary" option. I call it the "Miracle" option that worked out to where I ultimately pled guilty to a DWI 1st & ultimately no fines/fees & everything is now over. No $270 Court Fee Cost. No $3,000 Tiered-Out over 3 years through DPS Texas' State Statute. No $504 for ankle bracelet fees. I truly & firmly believe God works through certain people & helped Chris make this happen. I got myself in some trouble just 3 weeks ago, had the opportunity to spend 36 hours in the Conroe Jail. After that splendid ordeal I was release and started looking for a Lawyer. I caught my DWI/W Child Passenger 11/12/2019. I hired Attorney Chris Denuna within about a month. I got charged with a BS felony drug possession case where the officer allegedly witnessed a drug transaction then pulled me over, detained me, took my gun and even got a canine unit to sniff around my vehicle. DISMISSED!! Is where I can first start this off at!! Chris was able to get my first ever DWI case Dismissed!! Even though I tested twice over the legal limit. This was a very lengthy process, took roughly a year and a half to complete but it was worth it in the end. Like most people finding themselves in court, I really had no idea what the process would be like, but Chris really guided me through the process, turning what would have been a confusing nightmare into a breeze.
