I spoke with Brian on the phone, and he did an excellent job outlining their process and setting clear expectations on what they can/cannot do as an apartment broker. Brain also provided a document outlining the entire process for reference after the call. After speaking with Brian, I was paired with Manish, who did a fantastic job listening carefully to my needs and presenting a tailored list of apartments within my budget. Manish always responded within 24-48 hours whenever I had a question, and I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable about the industry in general. For example, most of the lease lengths I was reviewing were longer than 12 months due to concessions offered, and I was concerned that the new renewal date would put me in a less favorable lease cycle going forward. Manish walked me through the best/worst times of the year to sign a lease and assured me that my lease length wouldn't significantly impact future apartment searches. Manish also booked all of my apartment tours and took great videos of each unit we toured, which meant I didn't have to worry about taking pictures and could focus on asking questions while on the apartment tours. I had a great experience working with this service. I filled out their form on a Saturday evening, and despite their site stating they're closed Sundays, someone reached out within 12 hours. By Monday I had a personalized list of apartments, and by Thursday I toured a few and signed a lease. Max was awesome to work with, he ended up finding me a place in the neighborhood I wanted for over $400 less than I expected.
