He was extremely rude and decided to verbally attack me. All I did was say I didn't read the paper and didn't want to buy it. He hurled a number of insults my way, including: 1. Accusing me of getting all my news from social media, saying I'm the type that just scrolls through to the "fluffy flu articles" (his odd choice of words, not mine). 2. Also accused me of being unwilling to support the free press Strange angry man. Probably not the best guy to hire as a salesman. Sadly, it fits with my experience of their company and customer service.

Even though I wanted to print just a single portfolio booklet, they took my needs as seriously as they would a major client. The print was perfect on the first try - exactly as I'd requested (despite unique material needs and dimensions) and it was ready even sooner than expected. And the cost can't be beat. As a design professional, Indox is a no-brainer.

The holes were 3 times too large so that the pages do not sit flush at all. Also, they did not bend the pages so that turning the pages becomes a problem. The man at the front desk was extremely rude, unprofessional, and I will not be returning. They did not even discount the service that they did not complete. They did not produce a product I would show to anyone professionally.

Things should be similar right? Well not in this case. First off I hate the name. Who came up with that? They claim to carry on the spirit of the Rocky. I'm not feeling it much if they are. I applaud their efforts and they've gotten a little better since their inception, but it's not the old Rocky I'm sorry to say. I used to follow it every day in the beginning, but I havent done so in a few months now and I dont see myself going back to add it to my favorites.
