A few speed bumps and yet even though we've already made our first payment on our purchase we have not received all the product that we were promised. No call from the owner a second time. Another week goes by and then we had to go back to the store to get our deposit back. Funny thing was we weren't in any hurry for the table. If they had just called and gave us the real story it would have been fine. Just the fact of the false promises and no call backs tells me they don't really care about their customers. Came down to Nampa from our home in Star and stopped in at Furniture Row for the first time. I…read morethought Furniture Row was a strip mall of furniture stores but in fact it is the name of a furniture store. We came on a Sunday, right when they opened, which was at noon. The sales agent's name was Gary, I believe, and he was nice and tried to help us. We were looking for a 40" table to put in the entryway of our home. Gary was candid that, since they had only been open a month (apparently, this location is new) they don't have the inventory yet. There was only one console-style piece that was 40", and we didn't really think it would fit our home. I would really like to see more inventory to choose from. There is an Ashley Home Store real close by. I'm sure they would have the inventory, though today we did not venture over.
