I call Steve again and he accused us of excessive abuse and would not do anything else to remedy the problem. Steve Fairchild is a loser and only out for himself. We came to laminate posters and were very satisfied. It's a do it yourself laminating station and VERY CHEAP. 50 cents a square foot?! Can't beat that price ANYWHERE!! I don't need them. If it's not here locally, the employees can usually get it here in a day or two by special order. Speaking of employees, these folks are some of the best. The second I walk in the door I hear, "Welcome and can we help find anything?" Even better, they know exactly where the item is every time I do answer. Love this place!
