There was root still remaining, an ill fitting crown causing poor bite, and too large post caused terrible pain. An endo and new dentist took months to be able to save my tooth from extraction and manage my pain. I normally don't share feedback but felt I needed to be honest here as the work performed was not quality, rushed and often felt my concerns were not taken seriously. On top of that, having to pay again OOP for a $1000+ procedure months later.

I was told upfront that my procedure would not be covered by insurance, so I agreed to pay out of pocket based on the amount the office quoted me. Later, I discovered the office had submitted the claim to my insurance anyway. After that, I started receiving additional bills with different balances, and no one could clearly explain why. During a phone conversation, the office manager acknowledged that the lack of communication had caused the confusion and told me the outstanding balance would be waived. Despite that, I later received more bills with different amounts, even though I had not received any additional treatment. If you choose this office, get every estimate, billing agreement, and explanation in writing before any treatment. Don't rely on verbal explanations, and carefully review your insurance claims and billing statements. My experience was frustrating, confusing, and left me with little confidence in their billing practices.

The whole appointment, including x-rays, took less than 10 minutes. LESS THAN TEN MINUTES. My teeth didn't feel clean at all, and THEY DIDN'T EVEN FLOSS MY TEETH... FOR A CLEANING! They also said they don't do fluoride treatments because insurance doesn't always pay for it, but they never bothered to check if my insurance would cover it or if I would elect to pay for it. Every dentist/dental hygienist I've ever been to does fluoride during my cleaning and takes about 30-45 mins to clean my teeth. I was so shocked that I didn't really say anything in person, as I honestly couldn't believe they were trying to claim that was a full cleaning. Incredibly disappointing and would caution anyone to avoid. This office clearly has no credibility.

Unfortunately, I have a small mouth (thanks mom and dad) and growing up, I ended up having a majority of my teeth extracted in order to ensure ample and adequate space in my mouth for my permanent teeth to grow in correctly. As a young kid, this experience isn't necessarily the most comfortable or welcoming--and Dr. Malecz made it that much ​worse. One time, he extracted 6 of my teeth instead of the 2 that I was told were going to be pulled, without telling me. Another time, he gave me a shot of Novocain for 4 teeth I was having extracted and did not wait for the Novocain to set (as mandated for use) and ended up pulling my teeth straight away. 4 teeth pulled with little to no numbness. My mom says she knew right away that the Novocain​ hadn't set in and that I was screaming bloody murder and he had no care in the world. That was the last time we were there. As a pediatric dentist, you would think his attitude would be more welcoming and comforting than not. He speaks in an extremely condescending tone and continuously talks down to you during the appointment. I am 21 years old and still struggle with going to the dentist because of the traumatic experiences I have had at this practice. Please, I'm asking all the parents out here, to NOT force your kids to continue going to a doctor that continuously makes them uncomfortable and scared. It's not worth it.

I called to schedule an appointment and to see when and if they could get me in...i called once the office opened...unfortunately took 2 hours to get someone to answer the call... but besides that they got me in same day...the office staff were great very friendly and caring...they didn't make me feel nervous and were understanding. Dr. Wong was very personable and a pleasure to speak to. I only waited about 10 minutes to be seen because i was completing paperwork...Dr. Wong came right in assed my pain and the issue we discussed the best route to take..which would be an extraction...they did it immediately...no pain whatsoever it was very easy...i was in and out of the office in 45 minutes. The best experience I have had with a dental office and I'm terrified of them. I will be returning to them for all my dental needs. He actually hand scales teeth! My father was a dentist so I know the hallmarks of good dental care. Dr. Spadola redid some fillings of mine that were almost 40 years old. I hadn't had a drill in my mouth in twenty years. Technology has advanced dentistry greatly in recent years. Great diagnostics and you can see very up close what it looks like inside of your mouth. No more scary stuff and painful procedures. I left NJ for a far area area for six years. I'm living in PA now and just may drive the two hours for his care again. I highly recommend him.

His state of the art equipment pin pointed to the root cause of my issue: exposed nerve and a decaying tooth. I thought him no more than 1 hour to perform a root canal procedure, which completely eliminated my pain and anyone who is or was dealing with a pain knows that you will do anything to stop it. Well, you don't have far to go. Dr. Yudkin has a magical touch.
