Yesterday the crew was here for the recent job of removing concrete landing step ( which started to fall apart during the winter) and replacing it with a granite step. Showed up right on time. Their system sent notifications letting me know when they were on their way and estimate arrival time. They surveyed, and immediately quoted the work.
