Once again I would like to say it again just as I said it before, they are good to work with, and also they did make the situation right. On 9/24/2025 Mr. & Mrs. Murdock came to the site, I and Jeremy Walked the site, and he gave me a price of $1200, I accepted it, and the same day sent them $500 via Zelle. On 9/26/2025 Jeremy with his crew came in and started the cleanup, at 2:00PM he called me and said they are not able to finish it is it okay if they come on Monday the 29th and finish it I told him yes. Around 4:30 called me and started to say that the brush is more than what he thought it will be and gave me a price for! and I need to pay him additional $1200. I told him no. Then he asked me to give him at least additional $600, I told him no, finally Mr. and Mrs. Murdock and I agreed for additional $300 to finish the cleanup on Monday 09/29/2025. Mr. and Mrs. Murdock demanded that I pay them the balance of $700 on 9/26/2025, I did give them a check for that amount. On Monday I texted Jeremy and he texted back that they are not coming. So, they cleaned up only 1/3 of the backyard, very disappointed with Clean Out Galore.

I hired this company on 8/13/25, and the experience was awful from start to finish. They were scheduled for 9 AM but didn't arrive until after 10. The original quote was $379 for the first two hours with two movers and $169 for each additional hour (spoke with John). Without asking me, they decided to bring a third mover, which raised the rate to $515 for the first two hours and $239 for each additional hour. Jake assured me this would save money because the move would go faster, but instead, it dragged on for seven hours just to move some furniture and boxes. To make things worse, Jake didn't even have a proper receipt--he reused an old one and scribbled over it. During the move, they dropped my couch off the truck and broke both front legs. Jake admitted it, saying, "Well, that happens. I'll come back and fix it." We paid in full immediately (they also charge extra for credit card payments), but as of 9/19/25, the couch is still broken and Jake has never come back. This company is unprofessional, careless, and dishonest. Use them at your own risk.

CORRECT, and they helped me load the garbage truck! This company saved me just $175 on this service alone! I will call them on all my disposal needs!
