This time, Renoldo came with his assistant to install one door for $ 1,500.00 and to patch over three huge cracks in the attic ceiling and wall that the company renovated in September, just six months ago. In short, wrong door knobs (twice!), a gap between the door frame and door (which they didn't want to fix), and nearly two, frustrating hours texting Dustin, the manager, who claimed he was right about everything and wouldn't take responsibility for an unsatisfactory job. I had to take doorknob pictures to prove my point because he insisted that he had purchased the right doorknob. WTF! I had to put up with his sarcasm, denials, name-calling, and gaslighting to get him to do the job. One door and a lot of unnecessary stress and aggravation. Never again, even if they paid me a million dollars, will I EVER work with this company again. Addendum: after much ado over everything, the company bought the proper color for the wood filler and filled all gaps and cracks left after they redid the door, which they should do with every door they replace that leaves ugly gaps in people's hardwood floors, even if the prior door installer was considered by them to have installed it improperly.

We had them replace the ripped porch screens, power wash railings, roof, and the entire exterior of the house, as well as clean the gutters. They also replaced our old lousy gutter guards. Rudy did several walk arounds with me during the project to show me the progress and point out areas of concern, such as places where there were gaps in the existing deck trim that had caused water damage under the fascia. They were able to replace all of the rotting boards and added new trim to cover the gaps, which we hadn't planned on, but it made the deck much more sound and looks great, even better than before! He also pointed out that a number of our other old window screens around the house were frayed or torn, and offered to replace them while they were there, at a very fair price. The entire deck/porch looks new again. His team took care to carefully clean up the work site before they left. This is a family business, and they were consistently kind and very responsive. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

On my old house, the surface of the foundation was crumbling off, that 1960's sandy facing they put over the concrete. It looked bad and dirty and I had no idea what to do about it. The basement was a walkout so all that ugly foundation was exposed. Vincent came out and recommended stucco and showed me some examples. It was the ideal solution. He was also down the street doing the same thing to a neighbors house. When his team came out to do it they were incredible! Everything was organized and planned out meticulously. First a couple people came to prep everything. The next day the whole squad was there and they worked like an army. Everyone was mixing and applying stucco very precisely working together to cover the whole foundation. They did a fabulous job and everything was so smooth and clean. There was no mess or anything when they were done. My foundation looked brand new. We also did some small concrete steps. I couldn't be happier working with Vincent, and even after 4 years it held up and looked perfect. I called Vincent today to get me a quote to fix the top section of my chimney replace a flue pipe, bricks, mortar, flashing, new caps, sealing etc. I called him out of the blue and he was on my roof giving me an estimate in an hour! The biggest problem is that the paint they used for the ceilings on most of the first floor did not adhere; as a result, the new coats of paint peeled and fell to the floor for months. We asked Patrick to attend to the ceiling issue -- either by fixing the problem or refunding us some of the cost and he declined, saying that he was not responsible for the ceiling's texture which, it turns out, would not accept new paint. Eventually we installed and painted drywall to cover up the ceiling mess, paying another contractor an additional $5000. I would not recommend this painting company.

In fact, he stopped over early one morning (while passing through town on separate business) and was able to assess what was needed before I knew or spoke with him later that day. He gave me what was a VERY competitive price as well as a date to complete the job (which was very quick and accommodating). Like earlier, on the day before the work was to be done, Rosario followed up to confirm when he would be arriving and both he and his brother arrived, right on time and explained exactly what they would be doing.
