Having no idea on the hardware manufacturer, I called Carefree to inquire so I could get a replacement part. They informed me the installation has a lifetime warranty and offered to schedule a free onsite replacement. Of course I accepted their offer. The technician arrived on time and took care of the issue in short order. He was pleasant and professional when I asked him a few related questions. As he was leaving he told me "call us if you have any other issues, we'll come out and take care of them for you." Overall, a very pleasant experience.

He also didn't take any measurements or give me a price. I was very discouraged and really didn't think that I was going to get anew shower. Then Tony arrived. I explained what had happened on the first 2 appointments He immediately put me at ease . He explained the differences between the products that the other 2 companies used and his products. We then checked out the bathroom .Tony explained what the plumber and installer would do. He also checked out the Cellar to make sure there wouldn't be any problems down there. Tony taken all the measurements before going to the Cellar. Then he wrote up the qoute explaining The configuration and parts that were being ordered. I was very excited to see that Tony was able to make the remodel happen. I can't say enough about Tony. Excellant communication, Knowledgeable, fantastic customer service, and a pleasure to work with. He did advise me that the installment would happen around the first week in November. Three of the six were on the upper floor and included an oddball octagonal hat had to be specially made. As anyone with an old house knows, very few corners are square anymore, but Spinelli installed all the windows perfectly and with a minimum of fuss. The new windows look great, and the drafts in these rooms are gone. Very pleased with the complete operation, would highly recommend this team.

Dave wasn't sure if they could finish the job in a day, but let me know that they would come in and finish up quickly the next day if need be - no problem though as they came in and mowed through it and were finished that day. Then they spent the time to go over the work and answered any questions I had. 6 months later, I have yet to find a speck of remains in my lawn and to my knowledge nothing extra has come down from anywhere. The roof has been worry-free and does what it's supposed to do, which is look good and allow us to think about other things. 6 months ago I had a question about some shingles that weren't "sitting" on the rooftop; they said that they would lay down in time and look correct - this has proven to be the case - evidence that they know not only how to put it on, but they understand the material's behavior over time. "Maybe it was the fill." We're "overwhelmed with the Tolland foundation crisis." Those were some of my favorite quotes (more like excuses) from our conversation. If you don't have time to properly do residential jobs, don't take them; stick to your big commercial jobs! They agreed to come back, relevel the backyard (which was several inches off), slit seed (which they didn't do, they used a spreader), lime and fertilize (hopefully). I did actually get grass to start growing due to hiring another company (All Landscaping, 860-798-6301, Allen did an amazing job for a very reasonable price), and when they came to "fix" the issues, they proceeded to drive a Bobcat on the lawn (unnecessary) and put dirt down on the grass that had grown in, even after being told before the work started what areas needed to be done. It took legal action to get the job (somewhat) fixed, and I will be fixing myself in the spring. Do not hire this company.
