The first time I came in was for an initial assessment. In which I was not fully aware of the minimal strength or flexability I had in certain areas in my body after the car accident. The services I received were adjustments by the chiropractor, spinal hygiene therapy (included exercises to gain my strength and to continue strengthening my body), muscle stimulation(light electrical pulses that are transmitted to specific areas of the body through electrodes placed on the skin) and a two massages. All of the preceding services that I received helped me gain the flexability , strength and to continue maintaining good spinal hygiene. When I called at 8 am he said he could see me same day. My pain level was a 9.5 when I got there. He adjusted me and I got immediate relief. Truth is I have many issues with my joints.
