Being late, of course, they were only able to pick up a part of the junk and charged us full price and came back the same day to pick up the rest of the junk. So far nothing is overly wrong with what happened, we tried calling them several times as we had a contact to come and collect most of the remaining junk, after our contact got there they refused to stop working and claimed "we already did the work so he can take it but were going to charge you full price for it". Zero flexibility, not even a discount and it seemed pretty hostile towards our request all because they couldn't answer a phone 45 minutes before they loaded the junk in. It was nice that they were able to get to us on the same day. Save yourself a ton of money, rent a truck or trailer and do the lifting yourself. Local eco-centers will be glad to take in your junk and usually for free!

I trusted them to pick up a carpet while working on another sofa when I am away. I'm not given a quote but assume it will be a reasonable price like the first time as I again took many services. Should NEVER have trusted them. I was charged 8 times the price from the first time and finally notice a few weeks later that it was as dirty as when I gave it to them. The condo where the carpet is was empty and not used in the meantime so impossible that it got dirty again. They are refusing to refund me not only the insane price of cleaning (more expensive than the actual carpet), but also the work that wasnt even done! Crooks, avoid at all costs.

Great security system, with watch man in the evening roaming the place, making sure everything is all right. Very clean, and I mean VERY clean. Floors are always done and walls freshly painted. Office is nice, staff friendly and supplies for moving like you cannot believe. Been satisfied as of now and I cannot see why you wouldn't be.
