Bottom line: they were not careful with our things and caused hundreds of dollars in damage. We discovered quite a few damaged boxed but the coup de resistance was a smashed 40" television. When we called to point this out they said "too bad" and that it's all part of the risk of hiring movers! When we tried to argue with them they had the audacity to suggest that we smashed our TV before the move and planned to frame the movers for damage all along! As a final word of warning against us, they said that if we try to take them to small claims court it would be their word versus ours and there are more of them than us so good luck! When we dug a little deeper, it became clear that these guys are neither a legitimate business nor are they insured - which means when they damage something, they wash their hands and walk! Plus, we noticed that in the fine print of their contract they claim that they are not responsible for damages - in particular televisions, which suggests that they have a track record of breaking electronics. If you value your things, don't hire these guys. Get some reputable movers.

They did their due diligence with the quote: they asked for photos and detailed descriptions for what we had to move. They were responsive and gave us great information on how to make the move as efficient as possible. The day of the move, we got to two awesome people helping us. They were in time and they were quick to start and do the move. They also took great care of all of our items and made sure everything was wrapped up or properly dealt with prior to moving. They were quick, efficient, and nice to talk to. They also wore masks during the move. They even finished earlier than estimated, which meant we paid less than what we were quoted for.
