I contacted them immediately. The owner, Ivan, professed how someone would be out the next day to repair it and that he was going to "make it right". Did they show up? Nope. I received a text from Ivan that "the crew was too exhausted", but only after I inquired of course. Fast forward 8 months and still no remuneration for the damage. This business owner has sent the following texts to my inquiries about where the check is for the repair, since they failed to complete the repairs as stated they would. These are copy and pasted from my texts: "I'm going to hand-deliver one personally tomorrow. I'm so sorry. I can't seem to get anyone employee wise to do such a simple task, correctly." "Good morning I apologize when I went to write you a check. I realized we were out of checks and I ordered some. I forgot to write one later on that week. I'll be sending one out in the mail today. Please let me know if you don't receive it by Wednesday thank you so much!" And these are only a snapshot of the failed promises to make it right. They don't stand by their word. Pathetic.
