So i completed the formalities and waited...Waited..waited and waited till 1015 after which i asked when i was going to be seen. I was informed that my appointment is at 10:30am and should be coming up soon. That was the first time i got to know that my appointment time was changed and i wasnt even informed on that. However, anyways i had no other option but to wait and finally at around 10:50am i was called inside. So essentially i waited an hour before i was seen. Dr. Vernoski was my doctor and as soon as he looked at me, he asked me if we are doing Xray today as i am pregnant. I said No. He made a very weird face and mentioned that "i should have come before i became pregnant. Without X Ray he cannot do anything and its only the 30% of what he will know whats going on". That was the memorial day weekend and i felt that his X ray money was out of the window and he got very annoyed looking at me. Somehow i maintained my cool and said "thats the precise reason i am visiting dentist to make sure i dont have major issue which you may get while being pregnant. He started with the floss and kept saying that he doesnt have time to teach me how to floss, though I never asked for it. My gums were bleeding because of this pregnancy and i was in pain and thats why i was visiting the dentist. 3 mins in floss and another 5 mins in cleaning the teeth with the manual tool and thats it. I am done with the annual cleaning. I have visited many dentists in the past and never ever experienced some thing like this where not more than 8 mins were spent on cleaning. Another 5 mins of polishing and i was out by 11 am. So i spent more time waiting and less time on the chair with all kinds of blabbering from the doctor. Although he gave me a tip on how to take care of my teeth during this time but it was a horrible experience. Will never ever come back again.

Dr Marinic and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were very throughout and knowledgeable, explaining every step and making me a big part of the decision process. I am beyond satisfied with the results i got. My teeth look beautiful and natural. It's been 6 months since my final visit so I did wait to review to make sure no issues arised after but everything is still strong and solid. This is not a corporate owned, 10 exam room, music blaring, get em in get em out dental clinic so if that's what your after this is not the place for you. Dr. Spyratos is compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why and listens to you, too! The office and equipment are clean and sanitary. Dr. Fakhouri is certainly a gifted dentist. But the best part of working with him was his ability to connect with my son and encourage some changes to his dental care habits. Cons: Do not go to them if you need custom work done. I started the process of an implant on front tooth 10/2022. They could not get the shape or shade of my implant correct to match my other front tooth. I have had to drive to Arlington Heights twice for a Color match- those goes 2 hours of my time, each time. Two times they had to drill off the implant to put a new one in. This is the 4th time going back to have this "fixed" and the implant color STILL doesn't match my color of my other teeth and now my tooth next to it is longer than the implant I get it it's my front tooth it's hard to match to the other front but when I suggested crowing the one next to it to match the doctor said no. I was also told that due to "my case" they will no longer do front crowns without doing 2 or 4 of the front. They also made me sign a waiver. Way to make me feel like shit for something they should have done right the first time. Have they been accommodating in trying to fix it each time- yes- but this has been a joke trying to get it fixed. I tried to be understanding but it's still not right and I'm not going back for a 5th time. So their goes 3k that I had to pull out of savings down the drain and I will have to have another dentist fix it.

In my book, a great dentist - loves to explain things (so you are better aware of what's happening…read morew/o surprise), great guy to talk to, does well with his dentistry (my brother got braces from him, and the results great), and can accommodate almost any insurance provider/company. Located in the professional services building in Old Orchard, ahem, Westfield Old Orchard. If the work he is going to do will even be moderately painful, he will let you know and offer to give you relief in whatever way - anesthesia, won't just "drill and drill and drill", etc. Cleanings/polishings may be a bit on the rough side, but you won't regret it and will remove more plaque and debris than any other dentist I ever known. This is his own practice and does well, but it is a small shop so scheduling is essential (duh). Emergencies for the last minute issues? I think he may be able to see you on the same day or next; however anything of a real emergency should just go to the ER (duh again). Recommended!

Exactly what I needed…read more I recently moved to north Chicagoland, and suddenly one of my bottom wisdom teeth started aching. I hurriedly bought a dental plan (insurance takes six months to kick in, really) and saw which dentists took it, and Dr. Lee Chuljoo was one of them. I called him Monday at about 10am saying it was an emergency, and I got in at 2pm. I came 10 minutes early and still had no waiting time. Dr. Lee Chuljoo took an x-ray, and before he saw the results he said he could do it for $100 (a godsend for me, I'm on a budget). He extracted the tooth within 20 minutes, and there was no pain even though I was awake. I will admit some of his equipment looks old, but hey, it works. Also, if you want a fancy treatment where they put you under, I don't know if Dr. Lee Chuljoo would be the best. However, he saved the day as far as I'm concerned, and I know he won't over charge you.

It felt like he was looking for an opening to mess around -- inviting me in to his office on Saturdays when the hygienist was not there, nor was the receptionist. That is when he began touching me more than he already was.. on the shoulder and arm and I wasn't sure what was happening. I started bringing a male friend to sit in the waiting room for me but during Covid they did not allow anyone there. I mentioned to an orthodontist he recommended me to (a friend of his from Croatia, they're both from there..) that I was concerned about his "competence" because a crown kept popping off. I didn't mention I felt I was being molested. He told me I should try UIC dental school. He refered me to their specialty dept. (read my other review). He must have told Mitrovic about my "competence" question, and it must have hurt his "feelings" because when one of the fillings he did fell out, I contacted him to put it back, but I was hesitant to go back and be further molested. Yet waiting for UIC was forever and I needed that filling put back. Well, he told his receptionist to let me know he had a skiing accident.It may be true, but I was told he is working with just one hand for just easy cases. Really? He was working with one arm.? This isn't even the dime store dentist, it's the Penny Store.
