The machines accept credit cards which is nice but coins as well. I travel quite a bit and prefer to use laundromats to hotel Laundry machines. The process is faster. My experience using Davenport for the past 2 years (2020-2022) has been: 1) they've lost some of my items, claimed they didn't lose them, I thought I was mistaken, then received a phone call several months later with my lost items (every other cleaners gives you a receipt with the number of items you dropped off, they do not) 2) the chemical has ruined about 4 expensive Jos A Banks shirts in the past year alone (that rarely happens in my previous 20 years of taking clothing to the cleaners) 3) the shirts come back with the collars sticking out and not pressed, so what are they doing if not cleaning and pressing?
