We chose a shirt, and we waited in line to be checked out. We waited for 10 minutes and a worker went behind the register to grab something and walked away. This was very rude as she didn't even acknowledge us, or tell us she would be with us soon. Since no one checked us out we left. Very rude customer service.

They ruined my sisters wedding by giving a wrong color vest to a groomsmen. They wouldn't help out…read moreat all. Their solution to the problem is to refund the vest. Only $20-25 dollars, mind you the cost of the tux was about 175 dollars. I would not get your tux here unless you want mistakes left and right. Also, they came to the church to give a tie in place of the vest but it did not match at all. When they were told "thanks but no thanks" they replied "AT LEAST WE TRIED" all snotty like and not professional at all.

They were so very nice and I felt assured they would fix it. They went way beyond! When I got my coat back, it looked brand new and it is 12 years old! I am so happy I took it to Ideal Cleaners! After worrying about all of that, I was so amazed at the price! It was so much less than I expected! I even commented to the lady at the counter that I expected to pay a lot more! This is a great shop and I will be taking the rest of my coats in to get cleaned before putting them away for the summer. Wonderful workmanship, great prices, friendly service! Doesn't get any better!
