A designer for the company by the name of Nick Donovan finally returned my call so that I could explain to him the nature of our business. he told me they were interested in giving me a quote, even though they are very busy and wouldn't be able to commence the job until the spring of 2020. having left a message for Mr. Donovan in early January and then again on 2/11/20 and again today 3/9/20 I have yet to receive a return call. he told me he would work up a bid based on the information I gave him on 1-5-20. One might think that a reputable company would have communicated with me by now. it has become apparent to me that they have no interest in fulfilling their offer of a bid. they must be so busy on the high dollar jobs in South Bend that mine doesn't matter. If so why would Mr. Donovan lead me to believe that he would follow through with my request and his commitment? just so the general public knows of their lack of communication to potential customers I post this. Maybe they have so much business scheduled with the University of Notre Dame they don't care. I do have two children who have graduated from ND two of them work for the University. You have to wonder???

After 1 year decking starting splitting and warping. Come to find out he bought decking at a cheap price installed it knowing manufacturer going out of business. Plus his crew never watched video on installation. Today someone fell thru the deck and was injured. I would never use this company again and would not recommend him to anyone.
