He also provided guidance (when asked) on a good color for the shingles based on our brick and outside paint color, and he was spot on! The roofers started early each day and did excellent work, finishing the job in a little over 2 days. Our neighbors all commented on how nice the house looks with the new roof and one of the neighbors plans to contact EZ Roofing because of it. I highly recommend them and would hire them again. (Note - I am especially appreciative of Holly who kept us in the loop throughout the bid, scheduling, and then follow up on the day of and the inspections afterwards.)

Then he called 7:55am saying he would be 15 mins late. Then he was late after that too. He says he's "all about integrity" but then can't manage to be on time. He said my roof could use some re-sealing in places. He said it would be about $500. When I got the written re-sealing estimate it was 40% higher $841.75 Clearly they do not know their own business. BTW, I never got it my roof replacement estimate. RedFox seems only interested in immediately billable work. I got texts from them asking "do i have any questions". I sent email to the owner and the tech. I never heard back from either. It's all BS. NOTE: I gave RedFox management every opportunity to respond privately before writing this review. This is precisely the kind of company to STAY AWAY from. They only care about MONEY.

Its now been three weeks and they won't come back to repair it. Three neighbors also hired them because we were so happy with our roof. Of the three, two had problems. Now we have a problem. Our roof had never leaked until they installed the new metal roof over the original asphalt roof. It leaked at a bath vent, which had never leaked before. When they originally came and looked at the 1 ft by 2 ft brown spot, he said it was "an accident" and acted like it was no big deal. Poor customer service. We just want them to come back and fix their mistake. They said Neil Strickland retired and his son is running the business now. I wonder if Neil Sr ran it like this.

They really took their time giving me options, reviewing what could and could not be done and priced the job competitively.
