We evaluated all bids, and went with EZ Roofing as they use the best quality shingles and the bidder (Grant) seemed very straightforward with us about what was needed (new impact-resistant skylights as well). He also provided guidance (when asked) on a good color for the shingles based on our brick and outside paint color, and he was spot on! The roofers started early each day and did excellent work, finishing the job in a little over 2 days. Our neighbors all commented on how nice the house looks with the new roof and one of the neighbors plans to contact EZ Roofing because of it. I highly recommend them and would hire them again. Then he called 7:55am saying he would be 15 mins late. Then he was late after that too. He says he's "all about integrity" but then can't manage to be on time. He said my roof could use some re-sealing in places. He said it would be about $500. When I got the written re-sealing estimate it was 40% higher $841.75 Clearly they do not know their own business. BTW, I never got it my roof replacement estimate. RedFox seems only interested in immediately billable work. I got texts from them asking "do i have any questions". I sent email to the owner and the tech. I never heard back from either. It's all BS. NOTE: I gave RedFox management every opportunity to respond privately before writing this review. This is precisely the kind of company to STAY AWAY from. They only care about MONEY.

The initial appointment with Trent was professional, informative and well-presented. Clear explanations and many samples were provided. Our informed decision to contract with FCR was based on their reputation, multiple recommendations, an early target date with a one-day installation, and a very reasonable price quote. The FCR crew of 17 roofers arrived on time, placed protective tarps around our entire house and protected our gardens. They started systematically removing our old tile roof without any delay and quickly contained all debris which was removed immediately. The efficiency of all these workers was amazing. Clean-up was quick and methodical. Basically, the entire process was flawless. Dan was very hands-on and present. The following day, he noted a couple of small cosmetic touch-ups, which were immediately addressed and perfectly remedied. Excellence from start to finish…read more I recently contracted with Revolution Roofing, working closely with their representative Andrew Collier. I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed.
