Absolutely the worst management property ever we've ever had to deal with (but also cured us from…read moreever buying a condo again, since technically you're never "the owner" - it's more like renting a glorified townhouse or fancy apartment). As the previous victimized reviewers have posted on this site this so-called management property is nothing more than a huge $$$ scamming parasitic joke that offers the most bare-bones maintenance services ever (like no landscaping, repairs that are needed that go unheard, it's almost nearly impossible to talk to a "live" manager or rep since no one ever picks up the phone during weekly business days and hours (mon-fri 9:00am to 5:00pm) all you ever get is their automated answering service - which is wonderful and easy way to deflect anything the needs servicing. When something does not conform to their community standards they will send out eloquently belligerent (threatening, but politely phrased warnings with an undercurrent of "do or die" ultimatums, and if you don't snap to it they will immediately put a lien on your so-called house or apartment...), the contractors that are supposed to looks after the townhouse were we resided are by far the sloppiest we've ever seen - they repaved the roadway of our community and then had to come back and do it again, then they attempted to fix the walkways and doorsteps to the fronts of the townhouses, again only to come back a couple of months later to do it again since they did such a hack job that the stairs and landings were all wobbling - they will not do your garage driveway that's at your expense, the contractors are also not responsible for other items that under "normal responsible condo managements" would be covered. For example where we resided all the old grey wooden decayed and rotting back fences that separate one townhouse from another are falling apart, however at the last board meeting the management company stated that that will be at the homeowner's (aka tenants) expense at a cost of approximately $3000.00 per unit, so please pray tell what the heck is going on with $400.00 maintenance fees a month that the 27 townhouses are paying go to - into Newton Trelaway greedy pockets and certainly not back to the community for maintenance. Suffice it to say that we sold our property (lol "our property) this December and good riddance. Also as a warning to all first-time buyers before signing up if you take the time to properly to investigate (via google) the reputation of Newton Trelaway is extremely shady and there are many other sites and reviews that paint the exact same profile for this sham company - which really deserves to charged criminally for their fraudulent practices and quasi-Mafioso strong arm tactics, enough is enough! You have been warned STAY WAY FROM THESE MEGA-SCAMMERS THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS RUN LIKE AN MLM OR PONZI SHCEME SO THEY CAN BLEED YOUR WALLET DRY!!! If there was a rating for minus five stars this outfit rates a minus six. Again please be a smart and informed buyer and do your research first before even contemplating to move into or buying (aka renting) into any condo or apartment - there's are lot of well-run professional property management companies out there - however when it comes to this company it is the most rotten and foul apple at very bottom the barrel - period!

I wish I wasn't forced to put even one star here.....This property management company is horrible!…read moreFrom the non existent maintenance to grounds as well as buildings to the rude managers you have to fight with to get anything done and everything in between, I would have to say this company is nothing more than a glorified SLUMLORD. Garbage all over the place because the place refuses to replace the lock that had been broken and replace keys to residents. Half of the complex does not have a working garbage key, sooooo it all gets left out for the animals. Always nice to wake up to. You get a parking ticket if you have a job and cannot take a day off to go BUY a DIFFERENT coloured parking pass in order to have a guest. Awesome. You have to BEG to get the hedges trimmed, god forbid I ask them to cut out the giant hogweed that has also made its way into the fenceline! Leaking basement due to cracked foundation, uninsulated walls (apparently my problem) ect. ect. ect. The list goes on..... maybe a call to the health department is in order. We pay over $400.00 a month in condo fees, where that is going i have no idea. I wish I had never chosen this as my first buy, I guess there was a good reason that it was in my price range and had no bidding war. JUNK! DO NOT BUY WHERE THERE CROOKS ARE IN CHARGE! :(
