It was nice that we were sent a confirmation email and we received a reminder a couple days before the class detailing what we should bring (a notebook and our camera's user manual came in handy). The building isn't too hard to find when using Google maps as the signage is pretty obvious from the outside. There was also plenty of parking in the private lot. Learning about the techniques beforehand made understanding the hands on activities a lot easier towards the end of class. Appreciated how Dan was willing to answer questions and go above and beyond to make sure we understood the concepts.

However, in the months leading up to our big day, I became super unimpressed with them and even to the morning of our wedding, their communication was extremely unprofessional and lacking. Justin was super unresponsive the month leading up to our wedding and blamed "his email being funky all summer" which is a wild excuse as a wedding vendor. I had to reach out a couple times to get confirmation about everything and once he finally got back to us, I asked him to help us put together an estimate and he grossly overestimated how much to buy. We only went through a quarter of what we purchased per his recommendation *on the low end*. He emailed me the day before the wedding and asked to confirm that the venue had a bar and they didn't need to bring one, and I could not believe he waited until 24 hours before go-time to confirm that. Lastly, the bartenders showed up late, to the point where we were formulating a backup plan on how to get soda and planned on having two guests tend bar. Justin ignored all of our attempts to reach out and confirm they were on their way. Once the actual bartenders got there, they did a great job and the night went great, but the entire communication between when we booked to the day before was an absolute disaster. If you want a stress free day, I genuinely would not recommend working with FreePour.

The package I purchased offered unlimited pictures, delivery and set up, the technical, a customizable graphic for the photo strips, and a beautiful guest book that ended up being our favorite memento from the night. They came with a large box FULL of props and the guests absolutely went to town. It was hard to keep people on the dance floor because everyone wanted more pictures in the photobooth. My guests also commented on how cool Matt was. He had a good time with everyone and was patient with my less than sober guests towards the end of the evening. They were also extremely easy to work with! I would recommend this photobooth for any event!

However, I wish she did share in advance that 4x6 prints are $37 which adds up quickly when you want photos for the whole family. Prints seem overpriced. My sister got her photos done elsewhere, and the photographer gave her the legal rights to print any photo she pleases for free. The flat rate is $250 which is a steal, but when you add in the cost of the prints, things get pricey.
