The dishwasher was clogged with decayed food, the carpet had a terrible smell, there were 100s of dead bugs, drawers fell out from cabinet, garage doors did not work and later had a power outage (no heat) to an electric short. The we found out the house was unlicensed to rent. We had to go to the court to get out of the lease. And we had to pay Todd $300 from the rental deposit as he found the house was not clean as it was at the final inspection. I dont know how this business is still in business.

Just want to let everyone know what my realtor, JOHN DURHAM with REMAX RESULTS did to me THREE DAYS…read morebefore my closing. I would think twice before using him!! To start, he altered some numbers in my purchase agreement which were related to the closing costs at the home I was purchasing to something we had not discussed. As a result I am now paying an addition $500 towards my closing costs which the sellers should have been paying had he done what I asked. When I told him this money should come from his commission, he refused. I believe he did this to get the sale to go through because he told me he "needed to wrap the deal up". Basically he wanted to be done working with me and wanted to get the deal done. Now my loan officer has made a significant mistake and I will not be able to close until 4 days later than I was supposed to. I had purposely scheduled my closing to happen over the long holiday weekend, lined up help, a moving truck, took time off work. When I explained to John that I will lose the help I have lined up to move, he suggested I hire a moving company!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! So because of their error, he expects me to pay for the cost of hiring a mover, not to mention losing pay at work because I will now need additional days off and additional costs for the moving truck to store my stuff in!! I still have to be out of my current home because that has sold, so we have nowhere to go (did I mention I also have 3 children!!). When I asked how he will be accommodating us he's telling me there will be no accomodations offered. We have nowhere to go FOR FOUR DAYS!! Both he and my loan officer are refusing to put us up in a hotel, provide food and cover the cost for the additional days I will now need to hire a moving truck to store my things in. Please DO NOT hire John Durham as your realtor!!! He is dishonest and will turn his back on you if things don't work out the way they were supposed to!!!
