Even though it was termed as minor I really felt like I should have my bosses truck fixed. All-State came immediately and probably paid to have my bosses truck fixed. Thank you AllState! Next I noticed my roof was leaking. I saw one area leaking then another. I called my insurance company and not knowing what exactly had happened and he surveyed by rough and found I had had a hail storm. He wrote me a check on the spot and I proceeded to get estimates. I called and the roofer worked with me I have installed a new roof. I didn't even know what I was going to do. I was in a hopeless situation. If it hadn't been for Allstate I was in a no-win situation and they fixed it! Again I can only thank the people of Allstate and Diane Frazier and her team. Thank you thank you thank you thank you.

have to say they did work hard to get us our quotes. however, actually getting the insurance was a…read morechore which almost made us walk away. had to get pictures which seemed easy enough until it wasn't. the third party vendor they use is shady so the pictures taken seemingly disappeared. it got tense for a few days, hence the "4". we were going to cancel but gave them a third chance to make it right. ashley worked hard to make it work so glad we gave her the chance. seems we are now fully accepted by state farm. whew! now to call our old agent. . .but that's a story for another day lol
