After four frustrating months, a friend recommended I go to FNBC. I did, sat down and spoke with Melanie, and in a very short time had my new checking account open. Every time I have gone in to the local branch, whether for a cashier's check or just a question, I am treated like I matter. They truly know how to treat their customers. He was incredibly rude and refused to do the right thing for a long time customer of ten plus years. We were clearly distrot over the lack of accountability and customer care. I had decided to just avoid this office and just use the other locations only to find out, Richard had blacklisted myself as well as my business. We refuse to tolerate fraudulent banking behavior especially when it comes to my clients. Stay away from this office! Especially Richard.
