The receptionist did not greet me or even acknowledge my presence, although I was the only patient there. Despite my checking in online as requested, I was receiving messages to check in again. After the third message, I approached the receptionist to ask her politely about the pervasive messages. The answer through her teeth, "Nevermind." Another unfriendly employee (a nurse?) invited me in and, without a word, pointed at the scales. Later I saw she had subtracted no weight of the sneakers and clothes. Dreadful experience through the EKG. For the first time, no paper gown to change into or asking to at least remove my bra. Very unpleasant experience when the nurse kept raising my tank top and bra, poking under it a hundred times. Then Dr. Averill came in. He was poised but seemed... indifferent. Just asked a couple of questions, took notes, offered no opinion, and ordered a halter heart monitor for 24 hours. Another session of poking under my bra from the nurse who could not make the device work for the next 30 minutes, while looking into the two manuals and alternating the two batteries in her hand. When the doctor told her to get a new battery, the device turned on but showed the wrong time. The nurse did not bother to reset the time. Just recorded the time difference. No one gave me directions to keep a journal. The ever-angry receptionist suggested another appointment, but I did not want to come back to the unfriendly office and asked for the results to be sent to me. She said I could view them on my patient portal on their site. I came back the next day to return the monitor. With no desire to spend anymore time at the office, I asked to be let into a room to remove the device in privacy. Shocking advice--use the public restroom next to the elevator. I did. The receptionist promised to download the test results. Four days later, no results. I called to inquire. After keeping me on hold, the clerk asked for my phone number to call me back. No call back. No results.

I had an issue with a medicine that he prescribed that was causing me dizziness and nausea and head spinning. After doing my own research, I immediately went to see him if but he dismissed my concerns about the medicine saying that it doesn't cause this type of effect. I showed him all the articles I have read but he completely dismissed them and rushed me out of the office. Since I couldn't communicate with him I had to go to another cardiologist. He immediately understood what my concern was and took me off of the medicine. What do you know? The dizziness, head spinning, and nausea stopped within that week.

Then overtime, he placed the fistula in my arm. When there were complications with my fistula, he placed a collagen graft. If you times I had cellulitis near the access, and Dr. Litwinski did his thing and was able to save my access. He's a wonderful doctor that has taken care of both my dad and I. he's smart and excellent at his profession. He's kind, caring, and talks with his patients rather than down to! In my opinion, some doctors are intimidating and a little scary, but Dr Litwinski is cool and by far my favorite doctor!

So recently had a scare with what had the potential to be testicular cancer and after going to Polak imaging center that was put to bed. It turns out that I more than likely injured myself after moving 3500 lbs. of flagstone into my back yard. I'm not sure if it's just me but having any kind of work done with the boys can be a little unnerving and uncomfortable but Dr. Dardashti was very supportive, communicative and reassuring that I am on the mend. After seeing some horrific reviews elsewhere I was super grateful to have found his office.
