The facials immediately made my skin feel so much better, moisturized and smooth. I enjoy the calming and peacefulness of the treatment rooms and the professionalism of the staff. I'm sure they're all great but Danielle is my favourite; so knowledgeable, professional, kind and really listens to try and figure out what is best for you. She was able to diagnose and start treating the part of my facial skin I disliked the most right away (melasma discolored skin due to sun/hormones). I am genuinely happy with my skin now. The goal in my mind when I went there was to eventually feel comfortable going without makeup on any given day - mission accomplished! It's no longer something I think about besides when I'm using my products and feeling thankful for them and the hard work they do. I should note one of the things that impressed me the most about SKN was the lack of pressure to buy products. During facials they inquire as to what you use on your skin and appear to try to work with what you've got but suggest a few small changes. I also left my first facial with several samples, which was very helpful as I could see if it was a routine that worked for me (it totally did, very easy). I've also tried their laser hair removal and highly recommend it, minimally painful and again, professional and thorough. Given the quality of the technicians, space, products, service and overall experience I find that their prices are reasonable. They also have an online product store now (pick up or have it delivered) and they seem to have monthly specials on products and services. I am extremely disappointed with the Ultherapy treatment. It made no noticeable difference, and I observed no improvement at all. When clients mention that they do not see results, the staff only suggests purchasing another treatment or trying a different service. They spent a ton of time explaining the different processes and procedures, products etc. They listened carefully to the area of concern I had on my face and helped me prioritize where I should focus filler and botox work to maximize the results, keep the look very natural and keep the costs within/below my budget. On the day of the procedure Dr. Brock and Helen explained everything that was to happen and very slowly proceeded with adding filler to my eye troughs so I was comfortable with how things were going and looking. I loved the results so much I asked if I could extend my appointment and add some filler to my lips (which they did, and I love)! I am so happy with the results. Dr. Frances Jang was incredible! So not only did I walk out of there with beautifully proportioned lips but also a ton more of self confidence. :) My consultation with Dr. Nick Carr was not much different. For starters he is a man! lol.. But I have never honestly felt more comfortable in an un-comfortable moment, in my life. He is lovely, professional and well decorated in awards for his work.
