Purpose: I went to this location for a scalp condition that was causing me to lose hair all throughout my crown. The hair was sparse, itched a bit, and made me sad. LOL I shouldn't have been losing hair! So I walk in and meet a receptionist who communicates that the price should be $100 for the physician's visit. I was elated. Plus two stars!! Interaction with Physician: The physician was kind, attentive and concerned. Everything you want to feel when meeting with someone who you've decided should be in charge of your care. He gave me a recommendation based on the very short observation he made of my scalp. (That's why it was cheap I guess.) Observation being completed, I went out to pay for my services. Plus two stars!! Honesty: I gave insurance information for my visit and later received a letter asking for $328!!! After speaking to the receptionist to find out why it wasn't the $100 she initially stated, I was still left in awe as she couldn't even explain why the price was 3x more than what was expected. My trust is completely lost in this business and I will NEVER go again. Minus all stars!!!! Not even one! OVERALL REVIEW: Be careful when going here Yelpers. I don't know the reason for the change in price but I think it might have been because they were trying to get all they could from my insurance. Find out the price before by asking for a printed quote on paper BEFORE you get the services completed. Please read this carefully to decide if this business is the route you want to take for your dermatological needs. I'm still fighting to pay the amount I was quoted. My family had used Trillium Creek for several years for a variety of dermatology issues. I had…read moreswitched jobs a few times and thus health insurance providers. The last appointment we had was on January 2024, but we were never issued a bill for this until end of April in 2025, nearly 15 months after the services were rendered. When the bill was issued, I had switched insurance providers and so it was very difficult to try to go back and make a claim, especially since we had hit our out of pocket maximum for the 2024 year, so the full amount would have been on the insurance company that was no longer our current provider. While we bear some responsibility in not having our latest insurance on file, the fact that the billing came 15 months after service made coming to a resolution nearly impossible from our side. When we spoke to Trillium Creek's billing department, they provided no justification for the delay in the billing except that it was "stuck in the system" and basically took no fault of their own billing us for the full amount and threating to send it into collections. I contacted the company several times to try to come to resolution, but was met with no movement on their side, demanding full payment or send it to collection, not acknowledging their delay in billing had anything to do with the issue. I primarily want to warn other consumers against using Trillium Creek as their billing practices have been poor from a consumer perspective that has been using services from the company for years.

Dr. Goldman takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes a huge difference going into surgery. His staff--from the front desk to the nurses and anesthesia team--are incredibly kind and attentive. They truly make you feel like you're the only patient there. Surgery day was seamless, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish, even being walked out to my ride afterward. I needed to make an appointment for lab work. I went in person and Sue took about a half hour to make appointment. When I arrived for lab work, I discovered she had been clueless when making my appointment and I was there 2 and a half hours. She didn't apologize. She told me that although she is at front desk, she never received any training and therefore, not her fault. She blamed administration for putting her in a job which she was incapable of doing.
