I didnt care for my $100 consult with Dr. Tracey, the patient rooms looked kind of dirty given the exorbitant prices of the treatments, and my very first appt was canceled and instead of being given a different provider to do the same treatment, they flat out canceled it. I have now been on hold for 10 minutes trying to ensure the appointment is actually canceled and these people won't charge me a late fee. Bottom line?
