He informed us that homes with aluminum wiring can be safe if the proper termination points are used. The next day he sent Brian, a qualified Electrition to our house and his assistant and they opened up every outlet and switch, documenting which ones were safe and unsafe. The following day, Mike provided us with a write up and pictures that showed issues that he found as well as a very reasonable quote. Mike bent over backwards to help us out and we are so grateful. He kept in communication with us and answered all of our questions. I had interviewed a few others that I felt were not necessarily going to do things by the book. So I called & had the owner, Jim Sr, come out and give me an estimate. He was very thorough and even pointed out some things I should have repaired that I didn't know about (crazy "do-it-yerself" wiring one of the prior owners had done). We agreed on a price and his technician got to work quickly. Whenever we encountered issues finding a way to get plugs or switches to a certain location, the technician was friendly and willing to share his cell # so my husband could ask questions and he was very helpful in coming up with a great solution (we now have remote control dimming recessed lights!) They did great work, they were timely, friendly and respectable. I have only good things to say about them, and if we should need more electric work, I will definitely call them again.

Technician initially charged 5 hours of labor even though he arrived at 11 and left at 3:30 including 30 minute lunch and 1 hour Home Depot trip for parts. Quick discussion and it was resolved. 2. Technician did not vacuum wood shavings from the area where he drilled to run wire. All other areas were cleaned up. It was likely he was late for another appointment and simply forgot to go back after loading his tools. Discussed with Dave Frey and he made it right.
