I called on 3/10 and was told by snarky scheduler Tonya on 3/10/26 that I needed a referral. My internist faxed a referral. Tonya didn't get it. Internist sent it again on 3/11. On 3/12, I was called back by a nice woman and told that Dr. Panguluri wasn't taking new patients. Then, called again on 3/13 by another nice woman who said my file would be sent to another TAVR cardiologist. I saw a NP at my internist on 3/17 and asked them to resend the referral and include my echocardiogram results. Snarky Tonya called immediately and said stop sending FAX's. I said that I told Desiree and Penny last week that I would be happy to see ANY TAVR cardiologist in their group if Panguluri was not taking new patients. When Tonya said that Panguluri wouldn't see me, I asked if he had looked at my ECHO. She said he looked at the referral. I asked about the echo again. She angrily said "he REFUSES to see you." I reiterated that I would like to see a TAVR cardiologist in their group. It may be that Panguluri does not want to see me. If that's the case, I should've been told that from the beginning. I am very suspicious of the scheduler gate keepers. After being told that my referral would be sent to another doctor on 3/13, nothing has happened as of 3/18. I will also leave a negative review on Health Grades as (like Yelp), it can't be removed.

Everything is going very well and I feel great! One of the wonderful things about Eisenhower's Cardiology center is that it is located in Rancho Mirage right next door to their excellent Cardiac Rehab Program. So while all those experienced rehab nurses were teaching classes and watching over me during exercise time, my cardiologist, Doctor Fitts was always nearby. I felt very safe. The best thing is now that is all behind me. I'm back at my regular gym in Palm Springs. I feel normal again and am in getting into great shape. No one can believe I had to have heart surgery because I look good and have so much energy. This is all thanks to Dr. Fitts. He successfully identified my heart problem and made sure I had the very best care all the way through. I'm very happy and highly recommend him to anyone from Indio to Palm Springs in need of a cardiologist. He is excellent and is exactly the kind of doctor you could ever wish for.

He also doctors your medical records to make you out to be a difficult patient if he did anything wrong to cover his own butt. A very cold man!

I was referred by my cardiologist to Dr Feldman for a consultation for pacemaker implant back in…read moreOctober of 2024. Dr Feldman appeared personable & knowledgeable. The procedure was moved back from early November to November 19 due to a pacemaker battery procedure being requested by his scheduler vs a routine pacemaker surgical implant which was a little disconcerting. I was admitted to Eisenhower around noon time on 11/19/24 for surgery at 2 p.m. At 2 p.m. I was still waiting in the pre-op area so my wife inquired as to what was going on...she was told my procedure would be delayed 2 hours due to an emergency. I was taken back for surgery at 4 p.m. At 6 p.m. I woke up in recovery. I never saw Dr Feldman before or after my procedure. I was told at my initial consultation I would be discharged home after the surgery. Due to my procedure being moved back to 4 p.m. it was recommended I spend the night in the hospital. That experience was a nightmare documented on Yelp under Eisenhower Medical Center. I was discharged the next morning at 10 a.m. I did not see Dr Feldman before, after or at discharge or ever again. If you want a surgeon who communicates with you & cares about your well being you may want to consider another surgeon. My over all experience was very unpleasant. Hopefully NEVER again. Michael Y

I just visited his office and was so pleased with the efficiency and friendliness of his staff and nurses. He took time to discuss my diagnosis and did a very good job of explaining what was going on. He is so knowledgeable and went through with me different alternatives and together we came up with what was best.
