They washed the windows but that's all they did. No screens, no patios, no house. We paid them for the windows and screens (which we thought had been cleaned), assuming they would return to finish the job. They finally came back a week later and started to wash the patios, but in the middle of the job they informed us that we would have to pay for ANOTHER window cleaning since the patio washing was hitting the windows. We had them stop, and I contacted the company. They said they would call us back. They did not call, so we called them again two days later. They said they would call us back. They did not. We tried calling a third time again to no avail. Nothing. We want to work something out, but they do not return our calls (after promising twice they would). There are lots of options.
