I might even say slightly excessive, which is what I love and most people appreciate knowing how their job is coming along. Not only did I get great communication and quick communication. I also received photos of the job and recommendations that needed to be done for safety. The moment that I put in a request for a quote, I received a prompt response and even a visit out to the property because they were in the area. They did an excellent job even taking care of things I said I would do. my renters even commented on how everything looked great and how they they did an excellent job cleaning up after they left. My renter said they feel safe. I would highly highly recommend them as I felt truly connected to the job although I was miles away and they were so kind and helpful. When it comes to safety, you have to pay the price, but they worked with me and I was truly satisfied. Thank you, thank you thank you for the exceptional communication and great service. I contacted 5 (yes, five!) businesses that I found on Yelp for a quote (I called and txtd…read morebusinesses) on weed abatement and hauling. Only Fast Trac Tractor came through! After the disappointment of not hearing from the other businesses, I hesitated to believe that someone from Fast Trac Tractor Service would actually show up for a quote. I was beginning to feel that those who said they were going to show up saw my house and were not up for the challenge. And then I exchanged a few txt messages with jthe owner, Brian, shared pictures of the property, had a phone call and he came out to my property to give me a fair quote. Let me tell you, I respect the professionalism of this guy. I was informed of my options, discussed the itemized costs of services, and discussed what the tractor can and cannot do (I am city girl so I don't know about tractors). The next thing I know, my house is amazing and does not look neglected. And, the goat heads are gone, for now, so I can finally have my dog over for a playdate! I had to work the day of my appointment, but I returned to see one of the workers, Dan (who I think is detail oriented with that tractor), cleaning up the remaining details of the job. They were able to haul away everything and grade all the acreage (including the gravel driveway and spread it back out) in 6 hours. I'm SO incredibly happy with the work done and efficiency.
