I had a great experience renting a jumping castle from Desert Jumping Castles. My delivery was on time. Pick up was on time. The equipment was is very good condition. The drivers were polite and professional. The office staff was prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. The communication was great. I had confirmation emails and a phone call from the office the day before the delivery. The driver called when in route to the delivery location. The children had a blast! The price was a good value. I will not use this company again. The driver showed up late, the jumping castle would not stay inflated fully and we had to remove the children and stop using it for the majority of our event. I sent the company a picture of the jumping castle afterwards to show them it was not inflated fully. They did not offer us any sort of discount or refund because I did not send the picture until 4 days after the event. Poor customer service! read more

great little shop! i would just suggest they get a little more organized. i spoke to 3 different people and each time i had to repeat everything because there wasn't notes left or anything for their coworkers to read on the situation. other than that the pinata looked so great and everyone was very friendly! i also love all the different packages they offer. will come back next time i need something for a party. read more

Good morning. I would like to compliment these guys on doing a good job taking care of my son's birthday party this weekend. When I went in to their store a couple of weeks ago, there was a very pleasant woman who was helpful and helped me to pick what would work best for my son (he is 10). I wasnt sure how big the jumping castles were or what i needed to power them, but she helped explain it all to me. The delivery guy was also very helpful in getting things going. All in all, it was a great time for my son and his friends. I was nervous about doing a jumping castle, but I would definitely do it again! read more

We got package D for this past weekend (Chairs, tables, snow cone machine, generator and a jump castle) for my daughter's birthday. The delivery of everything was on time and the delivery person was very nice. The downside was with everything else. The table and chairs were dirty, the snow cone machine was dirty the generator stopped working half way through the party and the bounce house was a wreck. We paid $195 for everything and the kids could not even use the bounce house. It had horrible holes in it to where it kept collapsing onto the kids. We tried calling the company MANY times and no one ever answered. The delivery driver unfortunately could not help with anything. He stated someone would call us. No one ever did on Monday and then finally today (Tuesday) my husband called again and spoke to someone. They are supposedly (has not hit our account yet) refunding us a small portion (barely enough to cover the unusable bounce house and does not cover the cost of the non working generator to run the bounce house), I am very dissatisfied with this company and will never use them again. I paid $150.00 for a Slide / Jumping castle combo for my kids Birthday pary. and Jumping castle had many holes and ripes on the steps to climb up the slide. and all over the Jumping castle. I also bought a pinata from them. and couldn't put enough candy inside of it. Way to stuffed inside. Kids wore very disappointed the amount of candy that fell from the pinata. Please look to buy from someone else. I also wanted the jumping castle moved because the sun was beaming straight on the jumping castle. and delivery guy told me he was coming back to move it for us and never called nor came back. until it was time to pick it up. Jumping castle was very used and old looking. If your paying 150.00 for it. plus generator and delivery fee. Don't order from these People!!!!!! My husband and I was so embarrassed for people to see the Jumping Castle we ordered for our children's Party!! and to have their children play in it. and parents did say company should get rid of the jumping castle. So unsafe!! it kept folding over due to not enough air it was escaping from the holes it had all over. This castle has the balls all around it with slide. read more

The equipment was fine. That was the only thing that was good about the experience of renting with Desert Jumping Castles. I rented two pieces of equipment for my grandson's fifth birthday party. The evening before the party I received a call letting me know that the equipment would be delivered between 8:30 and 9:00 am. I got to the park at 8:30 and waited. The equipment was not delivered until 9:45, 15 minutes before the party began. They were still setting up as the guests arrived. Uncool. They were supposed to pick up the equipment at noon, when the party ended. Around noon I called to let the delivery driver know we were ready. He said it would be twenty to thirty minutes. Two and a half hours later they finally arrived. Since you sign a contract that says if something happens to the equipment you'll take responsibility for it, you can't just go off and leave the equipment in a public park. You have to wait. We had out of town company and a lot of other things to do than sit around waiting for the vendor. I would never recommend them. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews prior to renting from them. I assumed that because they were on the City of Tucson's vendor list they were a decent company. They're not. Terrible customer service. Use anybody else. read more

Rented table chairs and a regular jumping castle. Payed $200 for this horrible service. The driver was 2 hours late. Brought the wrong jumping castle so had to go back and get the right one. Did not secure the castle or put a tarp under so dust was every where and the castle was moving to our tables from not being secured. The manager was rude. Did not refund us what we deserved. Tried to say that me and my family were lying, that we took the jumping castle spikes out because we were upset about them being late! This place is very unprofessional. I thought I was going to have a good experience but nope everything was terrible! Do not recommend to anyone, they will rip you off if something goes wrong!!! read more
