He was just going to pocket the cash and not give me a receipt!!!! Right there was a red flag. Got my money back and left. Only reason I stop there is because it's a convenient place for me to stop on my way home sometimes. Going to look for a new place to stop if I can. It may seem overpriced in relation to buying online but websites charge state-mandated adult signature fees and extra delivery fees so once you compare the final tallies, E-Cig City actually comes out cheaper most of the time (unless I'm putting in a massive online order for free shipping). And of course the convenience of instant gratification, along with E-Cig's super friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always willing to take the time to give recommendations and explain all the options, shopping here is a no-brainer.
