Awesome vape shop with a fantastic staff. They have a great selection of devices and juice and prices are reasonable. It may seem overpriced in relation to buying online but websites charge state-mandated adult signature fees and extra delivery fees so once you compare the final tallies, E-Cig City actually comes out cheaper most of the time (unless I'm putting in a massive online order for free shipping). And of course the convenience of instant gratification, along with E-Cig's super friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always willing to take the time to give recommendations and explain all the options, shopping here is a no-brainer. I also recently bought a new vape pen with JP's guidance, got it home to find it didn't work but realized I wasn't given a receipt. This is absolutely the best vape shop hands down. I have been a customer with them since they opened which I believe is about 7 years now. They have such a wide selections and variety of vapes, liquids, coils, mods, etc that you will be happy whether you're experienced or a novice. I initially started vaping to quit smoking cigarettes and I wouldn't have been able to do it without their help. A few of my vape juices have been discontinued but the staff is so knowledgeable they always find me something comparable if not always better. They always have the best sales and special. Mike Yoo Knows how to put together a tight vape shop. This is easily the coolest vape shop in the desert, my boy boon works the counter top and he knows his stuffs. These guys love the locals and know good product. They have a cheap section where you can get 15mil's for $5, and they also sell great dab riggs & mods. I got a beautiful recycle dab riggg for literally $60 here that i fooled my friend into thinking i spent $250. These boys take care of you. Mike & boon you guys are the homies. I have been trying to avoid writing a shit review for the last few months now. But it just seems like the "customer service" they are giving gets shittier as time goes on. Let me explain what exactly the 2 starts are for. 1st juice selection is amazing, 2nd Boon! He is always very knowledgable and always answers whatever questions I have. His customer service could use some work. If you ask him a direct question you'll get a great answer, but by no means will he go out of his way to help you. We are not customers that go there and chill for hours but we're there enough times where we should get at least HI. As far as EVERY other employee there, what the hell?! Me and my boyfriend CONSTANTLY spend a good chunk of money at this store EVERY month. So excuse the hell out of me, if I as a customer expect a certain type of service, especially since I've recieved it before. The only time I get decent service is if Mike the owner is sitting In front of them. If I walk in and their friends are sitting at the counter bullshitting, never fails I get the worst service, no one makes eye contact with you, & don't expect even a half ass of a "thank you"...you know seeings how you just dropped $200. We were in today specifically to get 2 new mods. The new guy whom I've never seen (small, darker complexion, and a beard) treated us like we were going to grab a display MOD and run out of the door. 1st give me some damn space, 2nd why are you constantly locking the case when it's clear we need to check out multiple mods at the same time, 3rd if your going to constantly look at Boon for answers because you don't know, move aside and let me speak to who knows what they're doing. The past 5 times I've gone to your PD store Mike I leave genuinely dissatisfied and throughly pissed the hell off. I've been meaning to put up this review for a while now. I've had the pleasure of working direct with the owner Mike along with all of the employees that make this place as awesome as it is. Their pricing is very fair, premium flavors with deals you can't beat. For me I haven't been vaping very long and did not no much about the products. I've had positive experiences els where however this place is the best by far. Everyone is so knowledgeable and welcoming, & did not try to upswell me in any way. I am not a big fan of Smok products because they leak a lot in my line of work. So they recommended their new dripper tank called (Alpine) & they built me a custom coil witch made the flavor night and day compared to the pre done coils everyone els used. Went back to ecig city because my wife and I were in need of some new and different juice. Like I have said in my older reviews their juice selection is vast and their hardware selection is also great. What really prompted me to change my review is the amazing customer service josh provided. Because of my last experience I have not visited them in a while and maybe that was poor judgment on my end. I am the type that values customer service and one bad experience normally deters me from the establishment for good. But I should remember everyone has bad days and I tend to take things personally. However I am very glad I gave this shop another chance. Josh was extremely helpful, personable and made some great suggestions. I will be back with out a doubt. Came here for the first time today, and it's a cool place. The guy behind the counter was cool, and introduced me to a need flavor. Mango pound cake. He said it's his favorite and I think it's mine too. Just wish they had it in 12mg. Seems like a lot of the stores in the valley hardly have 12 MG in dessert flavors. So, bought one tank from them, it was leaking. So I decided to pony up and buy an entire new rig. It started leaking the next day. When I brought it in, the manager said he didn't sell that tank (there were four more in the case). Then he said I was being irate (I wasn't, I just wanted my money back). He then called the cops on me (they didn't do anything). Owner doesn't stand by his products. Will lie to customers when they bring anything back, and then will actually call the cops if you ask for a refund. These people deserve business from no one. read more

I am new to the vaping world, and actually stopped in here for the first time (after asking around for the best place to go, looking on here, etc) on my way home from a hospital stay for bronchitis/pneumonia/asthma. I've been a pack a day smoker for over 12 years and had made up my mind that I DO NOT want to smoke cigarettes any more, but I'm not ready to give up nicotine or "the act" altogether. So, when I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Kyle (who was kind enough not to run screaming for the hills because of my disheveled appearance), who seemed to know exactly what I needed, and got me all set up with everything. I have been back in a few times for juices (which I love that I am able to sample if I am unsure, before I buy), coils, and miscellaneous newby questions. I really appreciate the way that when I am making purchases, (Kyle has been the one to help me out just about every time), I don't feel pressured/ like I am being ripped off, and that he takes his time explaining the products.
