Out of the entire appointment, my head was massaged for maybe 10 minutes--max. The "facial" portion was completely pointless; she applied some oil to my face that felt uncomfortable, and that was it. When I finished, I realized the service had only lasted 30 minutes, even though I'd booked 45. I declined the "rough" blow-dry (which they said would take 15 minutes) but was still expected to pay the full price. To make it worse, there were long pauses during the service where I could clearly hear her texting. If you want the absolute bare minimum of effort, this is your place. There was nothing luxurious about it. I booked this hoping for tension relief for headaches and instead got a so-called "head spa" that was 10 minutes of massage, a bad 5-minute facial, and a lot of wasted time. I left feeling completely disappointed and honestly, robbed.

Dr. Kim took his time to 'read' us and our bodies, explained in detail what the acupuncture procedure was and then performed it on both of us. We both noticed less pain, more mobility at the end of the procedure and felt more focused. My wife told me that she even felt taller and more alert.
