I chose every two weeks and they came like clockwork. The one time they had to reschedule due to high school graduations, they came the very next morning first thing. I have used them for the last year for pet waste removal after a horrible experience with a rival "claim to be" pooper scooper. I can't remember who that was because they never showed up or gave excuses. Matt's comes to our home weekly to take care of what I, frankly, don't have time to do. Time is money and when I drop coin I expect full-service. Matt and their crew are timely and do a thorough job to clean up the backyard. They are competitively priced, too, and based on the frequency and number of dogs. Not to mention their response time is always spot-on. Kyle from Poo Happens is really great. She owns the company and is a veteran. She goes way out of her way to do an amazing job each week.
