I have used them for the last year for pet waste removal after a horrible experience with a rival "claim to be" pooper scooper. I can't remember who that was because they never showed up or gave excuses. Matt's comes to our home weekly to take care of what I, frankly, don't have time to do. Time is money and when I drop coin I expect full-service. Matt and their crew are timely and do a thorough job to clean up the backyard. They are competitively priced, too, and based on the frequency and number of dogs. Not to mention their response time is always spot-on. The solution was to have the new guy meet the dogs so that they wouldn't bark at him while he stole their poop. You pick up dog poop, and are around dogs, and don't want to be accommodating to make sure my 20 pound midget dog doesn't bark at you - or maybe its my 40 pound geriatric deaf cattle dog?
