He asked if I could reschedule for the upcoming week and I informed him I could not because I work every day, to go ahead and cancel, and I would look at my schedule and get back to them because I was driving when he called. All he said was "okay" and hung up the phone. If their customer service is this bad I don't have high hopes for the quality of their work. It's not my problem you work a "half day" on Saturdays. If you can't do a full detail on a Saturday then don't have that option available to book online. Not a hard concept...

The pricing was fair and the installation appears to have been done professionally. The shop could benefit from better signage since it wasn't immediately obvious where I needed to go. Overall, I'm happy with the results and would consider using them again for future work.
