He got me in the very next morning at 8:30, said my car would be ready by 11:30, and it was! I was able to pick it up on my lunch break. Omar was kind, straightforward, knowledgeable, and upfront about pricing. He even thanked me for my business before we got off our first call, which I really appreciated. I went with XPEL PRIME XR nano-ceramic, 99% UV protection and up to 85% heat rejection. 20% all around. He'll do whatever percentage you want while explaining the pros and cons so you can make your own choice. It also comes with a lifetime warranty. His son was there and was also really helpful explaining the ceramic options. I loved the heat lamp demonstration showing how much of a difference the tint makes, especially with the Arizona sun! The displays around the shop were unique too, especially the Predator figure. They told me the figures came from Mexico, which was cool. You can definitely tell it's a family business that takes pride in what they do. One tip: take a picture of your receipt since it's the type that can fade over time and you'll want it for the warranty. Great experience from start to finish, and my car looks amazing. Definitely recommend Omar's!

The detail job came out great however several areas, where they used hard chemicals, took the paint off along the drivers side running board. I was thoroughly impressed and honestly expected this to be Vern's answer due to my prior experience with him and his crew. All he said was "okay" and hung up the phone. If their customer service is this bad I don't have high hopes for the quality of their work. It's not my problem you work a "half day" on Saturdays. If you can't do a full detail on a Saturday then don't have that option available to book online. Not a hard concept...

Bill uses high-quality materials, he used Suntek for my 30% tint and made sure it was legal to drive in California (since I'm not too well-versed in car detailing and legal window tint shades at all). For the 7-year/lifetime ceramic coating, Bill used Opticoat Pro Plus over the body of my car, which has an amazingly smooth and glossy finish. He recommended Opticoat Glass Pro ceramic coating for my windshield and windows as well (to prevent high-speed rock damages on the freeway), which I happily agreed to get. I really appreciated all of Bill's thoughtful recommendations, especially knowing the weather up in the Bay Area where I'm originally from. All of these customizations together cost $1998, which is far less than what I had been quoted by certain shops back in the Bay. Also Bill's turn around time for coating and curing the car was less than 2 days for everything, whereas I had been quoted over a week back in the Bay (and with a much longer commute from where I live!) For the quality of service, details, and kind customer service, I'd recommend any friend in Arizona to go on over and visit Bill for detailing and work - 11/10! Thanks so much for making my old gal so spotless and more resilient, even in older age!!

I recently moved to Surprise Arizona from Minneapolis Minnesota and needed my windows tinted. I searched around Google several places to price check and this place was the cheapest. After seeing all the positive reviews I went ahead and had Victor tint my car. Very personable guy, throughout the entire install he was conversing with me and was very friendly even had cold bottled water for me to drink while he worked on my car. He had me in and out in about hour and a half but with Victors personable attitude it seemed to go by super fast as we chatted away. My car looks great with the tinted windows. I have been talking up the great job Victor did with everybody who will listen. Anybody that is looking to get their windows tinted would be a fool to go anywhere else other than Victor! read more

I have been coming to Fantasy Window Tint for almost 20 years. Brought in my new car today! Have had multiple cars and trucks done and have NEVER had any problems with his price and quality of work. Never. His prices have always been competitive and fair. Times are changing and EVERYTHING has gone up in price. These other negative reviews I have read are false. When hamburgers go up to $12 a piece, don't you think window tinting prices will also have to go up? He uses quality material and knows what he is doing. Would highly recommend him and HAVE recommended to all family members and friends. read more

I called Victor and found him to be very knowledgeable and proficient in his field. He told me he has been at this location for over 16 years. That alone tells me he is successful and has repeat and referred business. Otherwise, he would not have lasted. I was in and out in a extremely short time but had a professional job done. I did not provide a 5 start review because my wife (the main driver of the vehicle) has not yet been inside after the installation. However, I believe she will find the job very well done and the 5 start rating is deserved. read more

Great work. I came in at 9 had my car an hour later, I was thoroughly impressed at the timeliness and work that was done. I would give it 7 stars if I could (because it's my lucky number lol). The prices were not that bad either for for a brand new sonata off the lot and he even offers a warranty that sticks with the car for as long as you own it, all you need to do is keep the receipt. ! read more

Victor tinted my car's windows years ago, and the passenger side started to pull up. I gave him a quick call and he was able to get me in as soon as I could get there. I got there at 10 and was out by 1015 with absolutely no problems. My tint is absolutely perfect and fully effective in the Arizona sun, and I highly recommend coming to Victor for all of your tint needs! read more
