I was pleasantly surprised that their cost was extremely reasonable and even below the other quotes that I was given for different events. My experience with the 302 Phorography was great from the very start. The owners was always very prompt at responding to our calls and emails. The whole photo planning process is very overwhelming and they were so calming, patient, and made us all feel at ease, which isn't an easy feat. My Grandmother was impressed with the photo shoot and complimented the photographers. We received a sneak peak of our shots within a few days of getting of needing to get the book for my Grandmother made and we received the official photos via cd shortly after that. We have received so many compliments on the shots. I really appreciated the fact that he spent time with us before we booked him so everyone would feel confident it was a good fit! He put it best - if he's excited about us and our wedding, the photos will reflect that and same with us - if we're excited about him photographing our wedding, then we'll put our best into it! Stephane and his team were just absolutely lovely. He made sure to get the shots we asked for, but also let us have fun on the big day! I've seen too many couples throughout the years who get dragged out of fun dancing for photos and he was so mindful to let us have our fun and pull us away only for a second when we weren't actively doing something! Hiring him was the best decision my husband and I made! I would do everything over in a heartbeat. My mother passed away two months before the wedding and he texted me a sweet message expressing his condolences when he found out and was incredibly respectful when I asked if he could take pictures of us visiting my mother's grave after the ceremony. If you're considering hiring him, please do!! You will not regret it! He's worth every single penny and then some and he will take absolute great care of you and your spouse! My husband is the absolute pickiest guy on the planet and he's already told Stephane that he'd like him to take our future child's baby photos! He was great during the whole process and both him and his assistant were marvelous the day of. We have received so many compliments from our family before they have even seen the photos! Multiple family members praised how professional, thorough and kind they were throughout the day. He took the time to walk us through the day so we could feel more relaxed and gave suggestions while also really listening to us and our needs. It made the whole process so much easier and magical. Our photos really capture the moment and feel very timeless. With that being said they are incredible photos!! As someone that has worked in weddings and events and has worked with dozens of photographers I can say that with certainty Stephane is one of the best.

The communication was the only thing that was good about our experience, first of all I had to put…read moremy two large dogs into a crate that I really was not comfortable with at all. We paid 80 dollars for two basic baths and brushes which would be okay if my dogs were happy and looked good. They said my senior dog was growling which he never does to any other groomer or vet so I knew something was wrong. The dogs were still full of hair and just didn't look great, I don't even think most of their nails were cut and the ones that were, well the picture speaks for itself. I should have looked at the reviews before coming here. DO NOT bring your pets to any location if you care about them at all.
