He told me to take some pictures and I thought I was gonna get to see these pictures before he sent them to me I mean, I paid $83 for him to send me pictures that look like The worst thing you've ever seen no smile. What kind of photographer send someone pictures with no smile, especially when that's what they need for their business cards or to show people that they're real people. I do not recommend this place for anything and I messaged him. He read the message and never responded.-2 stars is what it should be horrible and I would never ever recommend him to the people that I work with and we take pictures every week, especially with new hires. Criminal. You would think he would recommend for me to go back and retake the pictures and at least show someone what their pictures look like. There was only one lady working at the front so she was too busy answering phone calls and talking to other customers. When she was finally done with calls, we could talk about the photo plans. My friend found a coupon from groupon so she had about $30 discount. I would really recommend you to look for a coupon before coming here. The photographer was really nice. She knew how to make babies laugh. They had so many little toys you could borrow to take pictures with. When you were done, you can see the pictures and choose ones you like. They'll also make some collages with your pictures and you could buy them too if you would like. Besides their service was really slow, we were satisfied with the quality of the pictures and friendly staff.

She didn't know how to reduce glare on my glasses or even to tell me where to look when the photo was taken. I was looking at the camera, but, in the photos, I appeared to be looking off camera. Reviewing the photos afterwards was an ordeal. Rather than looking at the photos systematically, she clicked through them randomly saying "I like this one! Do you like it? I do. Do you want this one?" On the one hand, she was pressed for time, and had other customers to attend to, on the other hand, picking out the photos is the most important part that can't be rushed. The groupon deal was for $20 instead of $70, which was great. The pictures definitely were not worth $70. I hesitate to say they were worth $20.

I came to Glamour Shots for my senior/high school graduation photos waaay back in the day! I'll have to look for that photo that was taken and share it with you so that you can have a good laugh. Lol. My family has it somewhere. Ok...my mom has it on top of the piano. Anyway... I brought my son to take his underclassman photo for the yearbook recently. I can't believe he's already a freshman this year! I was a big yearbook geek in high school so I always make a big deal about it with my son. I always try to buy the yearbook for him and make sure he doesn't miss a photo opportunity. It's good memories to have/keep anyway! The service at Glamour Shots was pretty good. My son had to get in line outside and I waited in the car. They were only letting two people at a time inside. The line went by quicker than I thought it would. The whole process took about 10 minutes. Staff was wearing masks and had gloves on. They were nice and helpful. I'm sure I'll purchase photos of my son from here. The quantity of how many I buy will depend on the cost.

He also worked around our schedule and time in town, which was really helpful! He was reasonably priced and he worked well with the kiddos, which was also a plus!
