It was pretty darn tasty and had a decent amount of brisket, even for the half order. The only thing that didn't work for me was the name of the sauce on the sandwich (nitpicking). The girl asked if I wanted "moist" or something else sauce. Think they could come up with something better like "Defibs" sauce or "Take 5 Years Off Your Life" sauce. Just a thought. We picked you...in a sense, we voted for you and many have been let down. Work on your customer scheduling and communication! Hire someone to help or purchase software that assists with this. Finally, refrain from challenging customers in your posts. Bad form. Remain humble, polite, and tolerant. Your tone was a massive turn-off, and a bit arrogant. You are in the customer service business and you have to own the scheduling/communication process...not the other way around.
