Extremely disturbing experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially women. My girlfriend had a pair of underwear disappear from her trunk after bringing her vehicle here. Initially, she tried to give the situation the benefit of the doubt and wondered whether they could somehow have accidentally been sucked into a vacuum or otherwise misplaced during the cleaning. What happened afterward made the situation significantly more disturbing. On a later visit, employees were apparently discussing the incident among themselves and laughing about it. One employee was overheard saying words to the effect of, "That's the girl whose underwear got stolen." Think about that for a second. She had not gone around telling employees that her underwear had been "stolen." Yet employees were apparently aware of the missing underwear and were discussing her and the incident amongst themselves. She confronted an employee about what she had just overheard and asked what he was talking about. Instead of treating an extremely uncomfortable situation professionally and trying to determine what happened, the interaction escalated. The manager became defensive, and she says he called her a "bitch" while she was confronting them about the situation. She was also told that "only managers know about it," which raised even more questions about why employees appeared to be discussing it. After she challenged them about what had happened, the response was apparently to issue her a no-trespass notice rather than provide a satisfactory explanation for how employees knew about and were discussing her missing underwear. I want to be precise: I cannot personally prove which individual, if anyone, took the underwear. What I can say is that an intimate item disappeared from her vehicle, employees subsequently appeared to know about the incident and discuss it, she overheard an employee referring to her as the girl whose underwear was stolen, and her attempt to confront management about an obviously disturbing situation ended with an extraordinarily hostile response. That sequence of events destroyed any trust I had in this location. We've also had previous interactions here that made us uncomfortable with the way some employees behaved around my girlfriend, but this crossed an entirely different line. Customers hand employees access to their vehicles and personal belongings. That requires an enormous amount of trust and professionalism. Based on our experience, I would never bring a vehicle here again, and I would strongly recommend that others--particularly women--think carefully before leaving personal belongings in a vehicle entrusted to this location. Cobblestone management should investigate exactly what happened, determine why employees apparently knew about and were discussing a customer's missing intimate clothing, and explain why a customer raising that concern was allegedly met with insults and a no-trespass notice instead of professionalism and accountability. read more

The first time I went to this car wash, I asked for an extra service to Armor All the interior. They took that literally and brought my car to the very back of the building, but they didn't actually wash the outside -- even though I had paid for a full wash. They also Armor All'd the floor mats, which made them extremely slippery and unsafe to drive on for weeks. The second time I went, the service was just as disappointing. They rushed through the job, left the windows streaky, didn't clean the rims, and didn't even vacuum the passenger seat. It looked terrible, and I still ended up paying over $40 plus a tip. Also wanted to add that when I drove up that the guy was trying to hide with his hands, the cheaper car washes and shaking the hand out so I couldn't read it and I told him to stop shaking it and remove his hand so I could actually see the options. read more

I haven't been to this car wash in four years and now I remember why. A guy hands me my keys and I'm staring at one entire half of the left side of my car with giant black smudges all over the doors and rear quarter panel. Same for the front hood. I thought the guy was kidding so I just took a rag and started cleaning it myself, which annoyed the guy and he said he would just run it through a second time. After the second washing, it was still dirty, and they tried handing me the keys again. These people are either blind or are trained to not give a shit about quality of work. And the prices are utter insanity. Somebody please open up another car wash in North Scottsdale and put these people out of business. read more

I hadn't been to this location in many, many years. I wanted to surprise my husband and have his car hand washed. I went on a Sunday and it was super busy. I opted for the $59 hand wash. There were many different car wash machine options but his car has a chrome delete and I didn't want it to get messed up. It did seem to take awhile for them to finish the car. I could watch them outside from the window. It seemed like a decent job but I did notice some water stains when I got the car home. I'll probably go back to Tom's Thumb - Their hand wash is $40. Everyone was friendly. They had fresh popcorn in the lobby for us to eat while waiting. read more

Sale # 64275999299. 2024 BMW X5. Just had car washed paying $38 for the Ultimate. Terrible wash. Door sills were not wiped down, bugs not cleaned on front, wheels not wiped down, hatch dirty, lots of missed spots all over body. I spent 10 minutes wiping down all the missed areas. Also no cherry fragrance applied inside. This was the worst car wash ever. It was no more than a drive thru outside wash. Honestly I don't think anyone wiped the outside down. The car was not in the lane more than a couple minutes. There was zero attention to quality. Very disappointed. read more

I took my car in to get washed today, and it was by far the worst job I've seen. First off, the employees seemed more concerned with gathering around my car and doing things like revving the engine, which I wouldn't mind if they actually did their jobs. They didn't even attempt to clean the part between the driver-side door and the wheel behind it, there was bird feces still on my roof, unwiped soap residue by the vent on my hood, and spots all over my car. These aren't even things you have to look at to see, it's all right there. read more

In response to your reply - I did everything I could to resolve with your manager on duty and he told me if I called the police they would not be able to do anything as it is a civil matter. I asked him if this had happened before to which he replied "a lot of times" which leads me to believe he knows about the scam and is doing nothing to stop it. I went to the Cobblestone Auto Spa in Scottsdale and paid for the $80 Diamond Touch Wash, but honestly, I'm not even sure what that package is supposed to include beyond the basics. From what I could tell, they vacuumed the interior, wiped things down, dressed the tires, and dried the car, but that was about it. For the price, I expected a much more thorough clean. There were still bugs on the front and even some bird droppings left on the exterior when I drove away. That's the kind of stuff I'd expect them to catch automatically at this level of service. What's frustrating is that I've actually had better cleanings at this same location in the past, though it has been a few years since I last came here. Based on today's visit, the quality has definitely slipped. I really wanted to walk away impressed, but instead I left feeling like I paid premium pricing for a pretty standard wash. It's like hit or miss at this location . The majority of the time I use the fast lane because I have a pass. One thing that irks me is when the person that guides you into the wash area is supposed to rinse the front and the back of the car, and they act they are so busy they spray the front and don't spray the back .. weird when I just saw the person spray the front and back of the car in front of me . This happens often or they spray 2 drops and then walk off. Then one time I went through the full service and they put the tire dressing only on the driver side and not the passenger side. I only noticed it because I stopped to get gas and looked at the passenger tires and they had not been wiped with the dressing. Make it make sense for the amount I pay monthly. Yesterday, I went through the full service side and as I was driving off, I noticed dog snot was still on the passenger side window .. so they obviously did not wipe the windows and they weren't even busy at the time so there's that. It's awful when you feel powerless and are blown off by a company who should care about the work they do but are acting carless! Terrible quality. For $150 at that too. This is their warning!!!! Terrifying concerning customer service from manager on site, 7/9/27 @ 8:30 am went to Cobblestone to get a car wash While my truck was in the car wash tunnel, near the end where customers are normally instructed to put their vehicle in drive and exit, my truck became stuck on the conveyor. It repeatedly moved forward and backward for approximately 30 seconds. During that time, the car wash equipment continued operating. One of the scrubbers struck my right side-view mirror and pushed it inward. An employee signaled for me to drive forward, but I repeatedly motioned that I was unable to because my vehicle was stuck. After about 30 seconds, I was finally able to exit the tunnel. I then proceeded to the drying and vacuum area. While drying my truck with the towels provided by Cobblestone, I noticed damage and deformation to the area where the scrubber had struck my right side-view mirror. I returned and asked to speak with the manager so I could report the incident. An individual who identified himself as "Mike" came out and asked what had happened. As I began explaining the situation, he immediately interrupted me and stated there was "no way" the scrubbers could have caused the damage. He said that neither he nor his boss was going to do anything about it. He repeatedly interrupted me, told me "he did not want to hear anything else I had to say". He continued yelling at me in an aggressive manner, insisting that the damage was caused by sun exposure. This statement made no sense, as my truck is only one month old. It is a brand-new 2026, and since purchasing it, it has been kept in my garage when not in use. Because he would not allow me to finish explaining what had happened, l found myself repeating parts of my statement in an attempt to be heard. He continued yelling over me, took a picture of my vehicle, His aggressive behavior caused my 8 year old significant anxiety, and was brought to tears because she genuinely feared for my safety. He then instructed me to leave the property and told me he would call me. I asked how he would contact me, and he stated that he already had my phone number on file. He did not. I had to provide him with my phone number before leaving. Additionally, after I left, an employee who witnessed the incident was instructed by "Mike" not to give me his name when I asked for it. Later that morning I visited Cobblestone's corporate office and was informed that the proper procedure should have been to complete an incident report, obtain my contact information, investigate the incident by reviewing the surveillance footage, and professionally address my concerns. Instead, I was met with hostility, interrupted, yelled at, discriminated, denied the opportunity to explain what happened, and ultimately ordered to leave the premises without any incident report being completed or any meaningful investigation initiated. As of today, I have never received a phone call or any follow-up regarding this incident. read more

My wife got the van oil changed and we had a coupon, the service members up sold her on a bunch of stuff not needed, the service ended up being more than at the dealership. Upon the next oil change I did broke a 3/8 ratchet trying to get the over tightened oil filter housing off, luckily it didn't get stripped or cross threaded and ruin the pan. I do no reccomend getting service other than a car wash done here. read more

"Auto Spa" ????? That in itself is false advertising. I wish I would have read the reviews before going. I waited over 30 minutes and was not notified my vehicle was done. The quality of the wash was not worth the $34 I paid. Vacuum job was shoddy, at best, foot prints on the interior drivers door, something had been spilled on the center console during the wash and was not wiped, there was NO air freshener applied, and I was sent on a scavenger hunt to find my keys. I must have 'idiot' stamped across my forehead: I first pulled up to cobblestone and wanted the exterior and and mats cleaned. The sales guy told me he would give me a great "deal" for only $250. When I balked at the ridiculous price, somehow it then came down to $110. By the time I walked inside to pay, my bill was then $150. This is the trash car wash I paid for. You tell me if this was worth the price. Could have got a better wash at the quick quack. Also, one time I came here asking for a similar wash and the guy handed me a receipt for $550. Of note, my car is a jeep wrangler, not a Ferrari. Will never come here again. read more

Today was the second weekend in a row I went to Cobblestone (N. Scottsdale Rd) thanks to a couple rainy days. Both times terrible, although today the worst ever! I only frequent them as in the neighborhood but for $24 it's a joke! It looks like they're drying the car but when you get to it, it's still wet on all sides. I had to go side by side, mirror by mirror as he couldn't figure it out on his own. Finally, the grill (flat plastic on an EV) had dirt all over it, so I asked for a rag so I can clean it myself. He was taken aback by this and cleaned it himself. You would think when you buy a "full service" wash you would get that, instead barely one step better than a drive-through, as they vacuum & possibly wipe the inside. I sure miss the days of Weiss Guys where the owners were outside with the staff making sure all was right. read more

I got a full service car wash. They removed the transponder from my car so I could not get back into my neighborhood gate when I returned home. I had to purchase a new transponder. I reached out to Cobblestone multiple times. I was told they would call me back but they never did. They don't care at all about service or their rating on Yelp apparently. The time before this car wash, they knocked my transponder lose and it got moisture underneath so it also wouldn't work. I have a pack of washes but I am worried if I go back, they won't be cautious of my transponder. read more

The car wash didn't clean the outside of the vehicle very well. Lots of uncleaned bug spots and dirt still in nook and cranny areas all over the jeep. I had to use the supplied rags to go over the entire jeep and clean missed areas for almost 30 minutes after passing through the wash. Not impressed. read more

A gas station drive through was for $9 would be better than this place!! I have literally been scrubbing the inside of my car for a half hour. This place is an absolute joke. The guy was like OK. Your car is ready. I walk up completely covered in water spots doesn't even look like they tried to towel dry it then I get inside nothing's wiped down barely anything even vacuumed. Didn't even touch my backseat what are we even paying for for them to drive it through the tunnel for us? Are you getting what you paid for????? I live around the corner from here and wash my cars here frequently. About 10% of the time I get a wash of lesser quality than what I paid for. Pay for a premium and get a polish and shine. Today I paid for a polish and shine and got a basic. If you're not paying attention there is a chance you are getting cheated. They make good every time and redo it but I wind up wasting another 20-30 minutes every time this happens. read more

I tipped and then pulled over to self service area to check it because there was no way they could detail it clean in those couple of minutes. I do not understand how a $30 basic car wash doesn't leave my car any cleaner than I when I brought it in. Nothing cleaned in the interior-just VERY bad vacuuming.
