Thorough yet still gentle. Never once have I felt uncomfortable with her which is apparently a big deal to me. They stopped taking my insurance and I was devastated to switch. After two year at another local place, I decided to come back and pay out of pocket because I loved it so much. After my first visit back I am reminded of what a blessing this place is from the front office ladies, hygienists, to the dentists. Some things are just not replaceable and the family you feel here is one of a kind.

I was lucky my hygenist was professional and did a good job with all this going on around her. I had made an appointment with Dr Jorgensen and while you are lead to believe he is the only dentist there as his is the only name on the sign outside the building there is actually another dentist. I didn't get his name but he did my exam after cleaning because Dr Jorgensen was with another patient. I don't know about you but I like to be in control of my healthcare. I get irritated when I make an appointment with one doctor and am seen by another doctor. I like to be in control and don't want to be seen by one guy this time and the other guy the next time. I will probably switch dentists as a result.

Her experience shine through. She gave valuable hygiene and teeth care education during the cleaning. She even rounded up a sample tool for help with what the floss was not reaching. I used it this evening and the new tool did the job. Dr Holmes was professional and conservative in his recommendations which I appreciate. He gave me a referral to a local oral surgeon for a non dental mouth issue. I am so glad to have been linked with Dr Holmes and staff. From checking in to out the door everyone was great. I no longer have to wonder if I can find excellent care, I did at Sunrise Dental.

They said they would replace the wires with stronger ones but it happened every single time I got them replaced. They also never reminded us of appointments and became aggressive when they were told we were not being reminded, on top of that they told my dentist to pull the wrong tooth! Horrible place.

I had my braces placed by Dr. Feller back in 2017? I had them for a little over 2 years. I had them…read moreremoved sometime early of 2020. I had to get sized for my retainers 2 different times, because the first time, your gums are pretty swollen and it is recommended to go back for another size so your retainers fit snug, which I did. On the second pair of retainers, they were too small and caused this weird mold on my 2 front teeth, which now I need to get a fill done in order to fix it. Dr. Feller does not specialize in filling, so he stated I needed to get it done elsewhere. Mind you, I have never had ANY OTHER SORT OF DENTAL work from anyone else since my braces, so there is no way that anything or anyone could have caused this weird dent/mold on my two front teeth. But Dr. Feller argued that it could have not been the retainers. I wish I would have kept the retainers so I CAN PROVE to him that oddly the size of the retainer MOLDED PERFECTLY to the dent on my teeth. But unfortunately, I disposed of them before my last appointment. Dr. Feller did not show or want to take any sort of accountability for my concerns or try to help fix the problem. Would not recommend him to anyone that lives in that area or for anyone looking into getting sort of dental work.
